The cloud of smoke surrounded me, my eyes watered as they were drying out quite quickly, it was dark for the 2 metres ahead I could see. I began to sweat, it was getting hot, but I couldn't figure out why?, I didn't move, I couldn't, I was exhausted.

Somebody gripped my hand, and yelled run, as I tried to move I collapsed in a heap on the floor, they tried to pull me up, but it didn't work. I could see what was coming now, the flames moved quickly behind me getting closer and closer, I tried to scream at the person to get out, but I couldn't.

Suddenly I was picked up off the ground, surprised that they could lift me, but could not pull me up, they started to run, I couldn't see a thing but they seemed to know exactly where they were going.

I figured my eyes had got the better of me, I couldn't see their face but I could feel their breath on mine, the fire loomed closer and closer, suddenly I saw a glimpse of a bright green light, I didn't have to be able to read it, I knew what it said..

We ran to the light, a door right underneath, i saw the boy who carried me, I could see him better now, he tried to open the door, although he discovered it was locked.

He sat me down, slammed the door with his body weight over and over again, nothing happened. I screamed in terror, he looked away from the door, the fire was circling us in, unless he got it open soon enough, we would burn to death.

He continued to slam his body on the door, I grabbed his arm and slowly pulled myself up, and I looked back to the flames.... we were trapped.

I quickly slammed the door hoping to open it, but it was no use, the door wouldn't budge.

He looked into my eyes, quickly he grabbed me, and threw me over the flames, singeing my clothes and hair, but I was alive, I screamed for him, as the flames moved closer and closer, he yelled back, telling me to run, and never come to this place again, I did, as I ran, I looked back, his screams had dissolved into nothing.

I would never see that boy ever again.
