The History of Tara

The God of Destruction Appears! | Beerus Challenges Tara

After defeating her father, Tara retreated back to her grandmother's house showing off her new form. Jezebel was overcome with emotion to see Tara again, but hardly recognized her in her Super Saiyan 5 form. Tara explained to her everything that happened and the two continued their lives in peace. Many, many years passed and now Tara is now around 500 years old. Nothing much has changed in that time except for Tara mastering Super Saiyan 5 completely. Whenever she found herself in battle, she would nonchalantly display her massive power and crush her enemies. However, the reckless use of her enormous strength caught some unwanted attention. Cut to the planet where Lord Beerus, Universe 7's God of Destruction lives, where he and his Angel Whis are peering into Whis' staff observing Tara's past fights. Beerus puts a hand to his chin and closes his eyes. "She doesn't really seem to have any restraint on her power. If she's not careful, she could potentially destroy a lot more than just her enemies." Beerus says as he starts to walk around the room. Whis stops the projection. "I agree, my Lord. She is very reckless and unchained, but what is it exactly you plan to do about it?" Whis asks curiously. Beerus turns to face him. "What do you mean? She's a danger to this Universe and everyone in it. So she must be destroyed." Beerus says in a serious tone. Whis smiles a little and looks at Beerus curiously. "Surely you don't plan on fighting her yourself, do you? With all due respect, I don't think you have what it takes to bring her down." Whis says with a small chuckle. Beerus glares at Whis angrily. "What are you talking about?!? I'm the God of Destruction! I should have no problem with the likes of her. Now, let's get going before she destroys something." Beerus says and Whis lightly taps his staff against the floor. "As you wish, my Lord." Whis says. Suddenly the two quickly rise into the sky and fly off toward the Demon Realm. Meanwhile, Tara is alone in her house wearing nothing but her bathrobe preparing dinner. The meal is a pot of some kind of stew. "Man, I hope I'm doing this right. I've only ever watched Nanners make this." Tara takes a spoon and tastes some of it. "Eh, not as good as Nanners', but a girl's hungry, so I guess it'll work." Suddenly Tara feels two massive powers headed towards her and her face grows pale. 

She drops her spoon on the stove-top and quickly puts on some clothes before she runs outside. When she opens her door she already sees Jezebel standing outside, staring nervously at the sky. "Nanners, get inside! Now!" Tara says anxiously as Jezebel turns to her. "Tara! You can feel it, right?" Jezebel says worriedly. "Yes, that's why you have to go!" Tara says trying to get Jezebel to go back inside her house. Suddenly Whis and Beerus descend from sky, Beerus standing behind Whis. Whis is smiling brightly at the two, but Beerus has a slightly more serious expression. "My Lord, I think we've made it." Whis says as Beerus steps from behind him to face the two. Tara and Jezebel stare at them, Tara with a serious expression and Jezebel looking worried. "Good evening. I am Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction of this Universe. This is my attendant Whis." Beerus gestures to Whis and he bows. "Pleased to make your acquaintance." Whis says politely. Tara and Jezebel's expression's change to confusion. They then turn to look at each other, then back to the two. "Good, now with those pleasantries aside, which one of you is the one known as Tara?" Beerus says as a small smile forms. Tara puts her arm in front of Jezebel as she steps forward. "I am. What do you want?" Tara says defensively. "I'm afraid you've gotten too strong for your own good, and you're far too reckless and untamed with your power. You're a giant threat to the Universe and everyone in it, and it's my job to destroy anything that threatens to this universe." Beerus says. Jezebel's face grows pale and Tara's expression grows fierce. "Wh-what? Destroy her? There must be some sort of mistake! Tara is strong, yes, but she's a gentle being. She doesn't use her powers recklessly!" Jezebel says in Tara's defense. "Sorry, but I'm the judge of that. And by my judgment, it's only a matter of time before she accidentally destroys half of the universe, if we're lucky. She might even have to potential to destroy more than one universe if she's not careful, so I'm putting an end to her right now." Beerus says and his expression grows serious. "Nanners, get somewhere safe. I'll handle this." Tara says. She begins powering up and instantly goes Super Saiyan 4. Beerus covers his face slightly with one hand, covering his face from the dirt flying about. Whis teleports to Jezebel and grabs her gently by the shoulder. Jezebel jumps a bit and turns to face him panicked. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you. I thought you'd want to watch as well, correct?" Whis says as he puts a bubble shield around the two of them.
