We're Friends Right?

So I was really bored one day, and all of a sudden, I thought "hey, maybe I should start a blog." I'm a pretty quiet person, except for when I'm around people I'm comfortable with. I tend to have all sorts of crazy and amazing thoughts flowing through my head, but I don't really get to share them. So... here it is. 

Let me tell you about myself. I am currently fifteen, a sophomore in high school, and am black. I'm the oldest, with two younger siblings; a sister and a brother. I am religious and attend a Baptist Christian church. I'm a bit introverted as I tend to not enjoy large events (unless the people are people that I know. Is that weird?). I'm gonna tell you this straight up: I don't act like a typical high schooler. My favorite artist is Michael Jackson whereas most of my contemporaries prefer rappers and hip hop artists. I still watch cartoons and play videogames often. I don't know if kids (teens) play videogames, but are too ashamed to say anything about it... but whatever. I'm not popular in school. I probably fit in the nerdy category, but I would never identify as a nerd. Same with the term "Oreo." (If you don't what it is, look it up. And the Barbie.)
