It has been three years since we met. I never thought that she will be the one that will make me feel this way. She is the one that never love just because of money and such.
I hate girls at all. They just like me for being rich and such. I hate those kind of girls. I am Sakura Sho. I am the inheritor and the only son of Sakurai Motors. My parents owned a mall, motor company and a beach in Okinawa. I didn't really expect that an average girl would make my heart beat this fast.
Three years ago...
"Sho!!! hey!! wake up!! aren't you going to buy necklace for your girlfriend today? It's already 10:30 in the morning you know?!" Ohno's noisy mouth said.
"I know!! I don't plan on buying gifts now. I will break up with her today!!!" i shouted.
"Aren't you stupid?! Making that girl yours and your just going to leave her. Can you atleast give her a goodbye gift?" he said.
"okay!okay! i know... just don't call me stupid!" i shouted.
Ohno was my bestfriend. He used to live with me because he always fought with his parents and ended up going to my place. I don't love my girlfriend at all that time. I know that she only want me just for a useless necklace. So, I went to the jewelry shop and buy a white gold necklace with her name written in the pendant.
"Sir, you can claim your necklace after an hour. would you like to wait for it or come back later to get your necklace?" said the saleslady.
"I'll just come back here after an hour." I said.
While leaving the shop, i saw a girl running really fast through the shop. Just before i made it outside she bumped into me.
"ow... can you just look where your going?" i shouted.
"How rude! I'm sorry. i am just in a rush. Here take this money. are you okay with that price?" she said.
"Come on!!! do you think i need those? i am rich you know!! and asking me if i'm satisfied? Your stupid!" i angrily shouted.
"Huh?! I'm sorry!! you know, your the awful guy i've ever met in this world... And asking if i'm stupid of course not!!! what a pathetic man.... hmmmp!" she shouted and quickly went inside the shop.
I was about to went again inside to shout at her but the guard stopped me to avoid bad atmosphere. "What kind of girl would do that kind of thing?" it kept on asking my mind. i never expected a girl like her to do that. giving money to a rich man. how stupid!
I went to an amusement park to make things calm. For 1 hour! I just keep on thinking to that person. It really makes my mind blow! I was actually pissed off!
After an hour, I left the park and went to the shop. It cost me 300,000 yen just for the goodbye gift that my girlfriend wants. After i gave the money to the saleslady i hurriedly went to the meeting place that my girlfriend wants but an unknown mail received my phone.
"Excuse me.. The saleslady in the shop gave me your contact number. I think my necklace was given to you and your necklace was given to me. Can we meet in the park today? I really did worked hard for that necklace. By the way I am not a spammer or a bad person. I just really need it thank you." the email said.
I was really shocked when i looked at it. And, she was right. i hurriedly went to the park and look for that person. it took me 30 minutes to look for that peson when someone suddenly poked me.
"Excuse me? Are you looking for someone?" a girl's voice.
In my mind, "her voice looks familiar.
And, i looked back.
"ahh.. yes i am looking for....."
"YOU?" the girl from the shop and me shouted.
"what a bad luck!! I am with a stupid girl." i said.
"oh my.. im with a pathetic rich kid." she said.
"Do you have the necklace? Are you the one who have it? i said.
"Of course i am that person. For God's sake do you have mine? I really worked hard for it you know!" she said.
"Okay! fine here!!" i shouted and throw her the necklace.
She kept silent for a second. after a minute,
"JUST BECAUSE YOUR A RICH MAN YOU CAN THROW THAT THING TO ME! YOU KNOW, YOUR JUST RICH ALL OF THE MONEY YOU HAVE IS BECAUSE OF YOUR PARENTS. YOU NEVER WORKED HARD FOR IT. DON'T UNDER ESTIMATE US. I AM AN AVERAGE PERSON AND WORKED HARD FOR MY GOALS!! I HATE YOU!. HERE! KEEP YOUR NECKLACE!" she shouted and walked away.
She hit the spot. Guilt was built in my heart. It felt like that girl is really sad for what i did. I was very very guilty. To make things passed. I just continued to my girlfriend's meeting place. She was waiting on the bench and reading a manga.
"Rina." i said.
"Sho! your late!!" she said.
"Here take this. Let's break up. i directly went to the point to make it easy.
"But why? am i not enough for you? did i do something wrong? don't you love me? she asked.
"i know that your only objective is to inherit the money i have. satisfied?" i said.
"Wait..." she shouted
I walked away so that she can be able to enjoy the gift i gave. I know she's hurt for what i said but it's the truth. So, to release my anger i went home. But Ohno Satoshi, my stupid bestfriend brought his companion. Aiba Masaki and Jun Matsumoto. my other stupid best friends. they just went to my house to sermon me.
"Please!!! can the three of you stop? I already broke up with her. If you want, be her boyfriend!!!
"You never take things seriously. But please. go to school. You need to graduate." jun said.
" I know.!! Just please go out!" i shouted.
The next day, I went to school. I brought the manga i always read. As expected. Ohno, Aiba and Jun were with me. They were like my guard. After we arrived, i directly went to our room and read my manga. "This first day in university is very boring" said my mind. I was in the middle of reading when someone interrupted me.
"Excuse me, is this seat taken?" she asked.
"hmmm.. it's take............ YOU!! EVEN HERE?! FOLLOWING ME IS BAD YOU KNOW?! ARE YOU A STALKER?!" i surprisingly said.
