"Okay good! Heres my number." The male in front of me smiled. "Thanks." I nodded and gave him mine. "I'll be sure to call. I'd love to introduce our kids, and hang out with you." He looked at me with bright eyes. I got out of the seat and totally forgot to introduce him to my kids who were here with me. "Oh by the way, would you like to meet my kids?" I asked with a small smile, being proud of just the thought of them.
"Oh for sure!" Namjoon responded cheerfully. I led him over to the table where my children were eating and had them all give their attention to me. "This is Namjoon," I said pointing to the man next to me. Baekhyun looked a bit confused, as he had a muffin stuffed in his face and couldn't talk. Hoseok was trying to help Jungkook as he had spilled his juice all over himself. As much as I love them, sometimes their actions make me want to facepalm, and I did, mentally, many times a day.
Namjoon had a grin on his face looking at my kids being messy. "This is Jimin," I said patting my second youngest head. "Jungkook." I pointed to the small boy at the end of the seat. "My oldest, Hoseok." The boy waved to Namjoon with his usual cheerful smile. "And Baekhyun." I laughed a bit, gesturing to the silver-haired boy who was still trying to eat the muffin.
Hoseok seemed to recognize Namjoon from earlier, because he stood up and gave the older a small bow, saying thank you for buying the food. "Oh, really, it's my pleasure." Again, Namjoon's bright smile beamed at the rest of us. I had to admit, him smiling was just so attractive, hell, he was probably the most charming and attractive man I've ever seen.
Pulling me from my gaydream, he bowed slightly, and said his goodbyes, telling us he had to go pick his children up. My eyes followed him to the glass doors at the front closed. When I looked back to my table, all four pairs of eyes were on me and my slightly red cheeks.
As I sat back in the booth, Baekhyun's eyebrows raised and he sent me a smirk. That little ba-
"He looked so familiar..." Jimin commented. "He was really hawt. Mom, you need to call him and ask him out." Baek squealed. "Awk, excuse me?" My son rolled his eyes a bit to this, these kids!

New days, new problems, I probably shouldn't look at it that way, I just can't seem to help it. I still needed to get the kids enrolled in school, get a full-time job and daycare for Jungkook. Last night, Hoseok, Baekhyun and I stayed up quite late talking about plans and how to execute them, and somehow, that just made everything worse, made it more real I guess. Both of them argued that they didn't need to continue school, and could just get jobs to help support me, and although, yes, that would be beneficial, I couldn't do that. It was my job as a parent to make sure my kids get the education they need. Although, me and Hoseok are going to continue the conversation about him, either just going part time for his last year, or to just take all the graduating tests and then get a job. Baekhyun had to keep going, he was only in grade 9.
I was now walking down the streets of Seoul. Not really having a real point of interest, just to look around I guess. Suddenly my phone rang, pulling me from my thoughts. "Hello?" I answered, with a questioning tone. "Hey, Jin!" I smiled instantly, sensing the bright smile plastered across his face. To be honest, I didn't think Namjoon would call me this fast, but it was a pleasant surprise, I mean, friends were always needed.
"So I was wondering... And you can say no, like, I'm not forcing, and I know we just met, but I was wondering if you wanted to introduce our kids soon." I could tell he was extremely nervous about asking, which, honestly, I found adorable. "Id love that! Like I said, my kids need friends here." I laughed a bit admitting that we were all quite lonely. "Awesome! Just out of curiosity, how old are yours?" The sound of excitement was prominent so I answered quite quickly, also being happy and excited. "Hoseok is 17, Baek is 14, Jungkook's 6 and Jimin is 9." I smiled brightly. "Oh perfect, My Yoongi is 16 and Taehyung is 15."
Our conversation continued as I walked down more busy downtown streets, passing by shop after shop, unluckily, none had a help wanted sign in the window. As soon as the call ended, a heavy sigh left my lips. It was like being sucked back into reality. Already, with just two conversations with Namjoon, he had already lightened up my mood, and I could tell this was the beginning of a long-lasting, wonderful friendship.
