Rolling my eyes, i sigh and walk to my next class.

My friends consist mainly of three people, Marabell, and two brothers Adrain(AA) and Cameron(Ollie). Marabell is currently 19. While the boys are 20. Adrain, Cameron, and Marabell are practically out of college, not that I'm far behind but still continuing to go to school.

After finishing my classes for the day, i head back to our house.

The four of us manage to live together.

Mar is a journalist/novalist major. She actually have books publish....

Cameron is an ROTC major, he is only a few steps away from being in the actual Navy.

Adrain, is the one to stick to their parent's route, but instead of inheriting his father's wealth, he built his own empire, and i can say, he is eatting up his father's empire.

As for me, Im a mathamatics/ language major, knowing several languages. Also known as what they call a genius since I am aimming for a PH.D or higher.

So pretty much they make the money, raising this four friend family.

Hey, get change, look pretty, we are celebrating your birthday. Ollie said, pushing me upstairs.

I told you guys i didint wanna celebrate it. I whine, going upstairs.

Shower and changing into the dress that Mar pick for me, i walk downstairs.

Its your sweet seventeen, be a little more happy. Orca (a friend) said.

I know, but i really dont wanna celebrate it. I reply.

At least let us sing the song and have some cake. Adrain said.

I nod.

So they sang, and i made my same blank wish, and i blew out the candles. We had some cake, and the night was just about to end there.

Before you push us out, we got you something. Ocean (another friend) said smiling.

When they left, I look at the envelope of data.

They must have put some money to be able to find out this much. It has origin and a lot of connection, but that doesnt mean the connections are hundred percent. i don't want to put their efforts to waste. i have given up the idea that i still have family but... i don't know.

So sitting up, and opening my old laptop, I open up the Beijing University webpage, and apply as a foreign exchange student. Also sent an letter to our school to ask for acceptance as a transfer to Beijing. Finally finish, i felt a weight lifted and head off to shower.

Someone is in a good mood today. Ollie said smiling at me as i walk in for breakfast.

Yea, you could say that. i came to a decision. I sent a application to —-U and Beijing, to apply to be an exchange student. i reply smiling brightly.

Later that morning, when the others wake up, i told them the news and they all seem to act like i have grown up and they are my parents or something, such weird friends.
