Fukase's left eye is practically useless since he's unable to see through it meaning that he really only has one eye. This has kind of made his eyesight sensitive and has epilepsy because of this. ARSloid and CUL have actually made him buy glasses and use them, but he's embarrassed by them and doesn't wear them.
