"With that, she walked into the rain and didn't look back. That was the last time anyone saw her." Herim finished her story and turned off the flashlight. "Do you guys think the story is true?" My eyes grew big, but no one could see me in the dark.
"Pssh, I'm not scared of the wild" Seri said. I could hear her roll her eyes. The light clicked on and I flinched.
"Geez Lyra, I'm just going to the bathroom. No need to be scared" The cabin's door closed behind Seri.
"I'm cold" Herim was already tucked in her sleeping bag. She motioned me to come closer. I hopped in my sleeping bag and wriggled closer to Herim.
"You guys are so loud. Can you please be quiet?!?" One of the bratty popular girls said. They already stole our sleeping area and now they're telling us to be quiet?!?!? I was already mad at them for taking all of the bunk beds. I was about to snap when Herim noticed it and stopped me.
I smiled before closing my eyes.
