You meet someone. You two get close. It's all great for a while. Then someone stops trying. Talk less. Awkward conversations. The drifting. No communication whatsoever. Memories start to fade. Then that person you know becomes the person you KNEW. That's how it usually goes, right? Sad isn't it?
Okay, so when I read this, I thought about my friends. Most of my friends are a grade younger than me and I'm going to High School next year and they will still be in Middle School. I'm super close to them and I don't want to lose them.
