Chapter 2

Tiffany's POV

After about 15 minutes of watching PLL, the doorbell rang. This time I was positive it was them.

I ran to the door to open it as fast as I can.

"Tiffany! Darling you've grown so much, since the last time we saw you" said Mr. and Mrs. Thompson, hugging me.

"Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Thompson" I replied.

"Oh honey I told you to call us just Kristen and James" Mrs. Thompson or should I say Kristen said.

They both walked in leaving me with the one and only Cory Thompson everybody.

"Hey Tiff!" Cory said hugging me really tight then usual.

"Hey Cory! How are you? I haven't seen you in months" I said hugging him back.

"I'm good I just came back from filming a new movie. What about you and modeling?" He asked me.

"That's good. Well I've been busy doing photo shoots everyday." I replied.

"Let's go in" I suggested.

We walked in.

"Kids! Come eat dinner" my mom yelled from the dining room.

"Coming" me and Cory both yelled back.

We raced each other to the table, like we used to when we were kids.

Me and Cory were hanging in my room, while the parents were downstairs.

Cory's POV

I was so nervous. I was trying to keep my cool during dinner, but now since we are alone I can't. I've had a crush on Tiffany since we were 14, but I could never tell her.

However, that's now what's bugging me most. I want to ask her to be my date to the Oscar's, but I just don't have the guts.

After about 5 minutes of random talking I figured it's now or never.

"Tiffany?"

"Yeah"

"....Can you be my date to the Oscar's" I asked hesitantly waiting for an answer.

"Yes of course" she replied. I smiled with the biggest grin on my face.

I was leaning in to kiss her, and soon enough she was too. We were about to kiss when the door opened and we were interrupted.

"Guys it's desert time" Mrs. Conrad said.

"We'll be down in a minute" Tiffany replied.

Tiffany's POV

Ughh I'm so mad at my mom right now. He was going to kiss me.

I can't believe I'm Cory's date to the Oscar's. Speaking of which, I need to get a dress. I'll probably order it later on tonight when they leave.

We were about to go downstairs when Cory kissed me. I kissed back immediately.

"Erm....that..was..amazing" I stuttered.

He just smiled and we raced each other downstairs. I know I know. We're almost 18 yet we are still very childish.

He won me by one second.

Ughh! The struggle!

We all ate desert and they left but Cory secretly pulled me aside and kissed me. Finally after a short sweet kiss we said our goodbyes and they left.

After that I ran to my bed replaying the whole day.

My life has been filled with a new kind of happiness.
