Second I feel like ranting so let's go
I'll tell you one thing that really gets my blood boiling. When people fetishize Asians. Not just asians, any culture. Also, koreaboos. Now, seeing as not many people get the actual meaning, please, take a seat while I explain.
A koreaboo is • someone who worships all Asians like they are some kinds of holy spirits • someone who drops they're whole culture for the korean culture • you know those YouTube videos: "how to do your makeup to look Korean"? Yup, that my friends is a koreaboo thing to do right there •don't even get me started on romanised Korean. Please do not call your mom "eomma"
Now see, this is where people use koreaboo in the wrong context. A Koreaboo is NOT: •someone who likes kpop •someone interested in the culture •someone who learns the language
I just wanna state these points to any koreaboos reading: •not every korean boy is your oppa •not every korean girl is you unnie •there is no need to fangirl everytime you see an Asian •YOU ARE NOT KOREN AND YOUR KPOP OPPA DOES NOT SARANG YOU I REPEAT HE DOES NOT SARANG YOU AND YOU WILL NOT MARRY HIM EVER
