A/N: A fantasy/romance type story. This is my first time trying this style so no hate please.

How long have I been awake for? 2 months? 2 years? Or maybe only 2 days... All I know is that I was tired and hungry. Why was I walking? I don't know. What I do know is that there's this voice; it was the one that told me to walk. It was the one that didn't allow me to sleep or eat. The voice would normally scream or shout at me for walking out in the open. Apparently, they could find me there. So I now walk in an old, horrible forest. The voice tells me that I have to stay away from them but I don't know why. Also, I'm only allowed 3-4 hours of sleep, AND I'm only allowed to eat berries and leaves -yes I know, a luxury.

Like usual, the voice woke me up after 3 hours of sleep and told me to continue to walk further into the forest. But after around 2 hours of walking, I found a old, abandoned mansion, and a new, less abandoned village.
"Maybe I should stay in that village, maybe they (whoever they are) won't find me there." I said, hoping to change out of these disgusting clothes. The voice hissed, it wasn't happy.
"No! That's precisely where they want you to go!" The voice snapped. "The mansion is the best place..." I hated the sound of it, the deep, harsh sound of the voice.

As I slowly walked into the (probably haunted) mansion, a bright light came from behind me -almost blinding me. The voice roared in pain.
"They are here! Don't let them take you!" The voice screamed. I was terrified. Finally, I could see who they were. I turned around, only to fall backwards. The roar of pain came from a monster. Almost completely black, with a purple tint. On all fours, and tail with what looked like barbed wire around it. This wasn't a gigantic monster like Godzilla. No, but it was still large (around 13ft from snout to tail, but only 6ft if it lifted its head up). And don't get me started on the face. It was basically an alligator -no wait, more like a dinosaur's. It's red eyes pierced into my soul. Scars across its snout, and its needle like teeth. There were even holes on the top of it mouth, so the knifes could fit properly. I screamed, what else am I supposed to do to? "What did I tell you?" That monster spoke, it was the voice "run away from them" I couldn't move. The light started to fade away, as I saw a humanoid figure. With, wings? An angel...Heavy armoured made from fur and -what looked like- pure gold. The helmet was also gold, and it had two small wings on the sides. I couldn't even control my own breathing.
"Begone, spawn of darkness" the angel spoke with a loud, soft voice, which for some reason was soothing. The angel didn't see me -yet- and stabbed the creature once with a spear. I sneaked further into the mansion, and it had a dark feel -like someone was watching me. As the angel moved closer, I realised that the angel was tall , like inhumanly tall (around 18ft from foot to head). The angel's spear turned into what looked like a gun, aimed at the mansion. That I was currently inside of. If the angle could kill that thing with one simple stab, I think it wouldn't take much to level a mansion.

There was a bright flash and the ear-destroying sound of wood snapping and other materials crumbling. And the unbearable pain, as it was tumbling on me. Great. I heard the angel talking to himself, then I couldn't help but -weakly- scream. The angel stopped taking to himself. Shoot.
"Who goes there?!" He turned his spear towards the rubble -where I was currently hiding. I started shaking. This is where I was going to die. By an angel. Great. I couldn't move, the weight of the rubble was unbearable. I couldn't even move the smallest rock. I heard footsteps come closer. With the small amount of oxygen I had left in my little space, I muttered.
"H-help...I'm s-stuck..." With the slither of light I had left, I could make out the angel walk closer, and closer. I tried to move the rubble above me once more, and I failed horribly. I collapsed. I was stuck here. Forever. And ever. Great. Just as I tried to stand up, I saw the spear being put down next the the slither of light I had. I heard a thud, as the armour on rock collided. 'Was he...trying to lift the rubble off? He had no hope, he would move it a bit and that's it' I thought to myself.

Boy was I wrong. He moved most of the rubble off, just enough to get his hand inside. He started moving his hand around -just like in the morning when you're trying to find your phone- I attempted to move away from the hand, but in doing so, I accidentally hit his pinky with my foot. He kept feeling around until he touched my left leg. He grabbed it, but didn't hurt. I could hear his other hand move more rubble.
"Don't be afraid, I'm trying to get you out." He spoke calmly, but I was uneasy. He soon let go off my leg, as he pulled his armoured hand out of my 'cave' to move more rubble. My cave was soon flooded with sunlight. It wasn't a cave anymore, it was a hole. He stared at me -like he was confused of what I was- as I stared at him as well. I couldn't see his face, because of the helmet. He reached out his hand, and turned it so his palm was facing upward -like he was inviting me to a dance, or more appropriately to help me get out. I started shaking as I grabbed hold of it.
