Guess what? Yep you've probably guessed right, I was laying in Charlotte's bed and she had make love with me to get me back. Her loved making was skilled beyond her age and it trapped me Everytime. When was enough going to be enough .
"Brandon I missed you", She says laying on my chest.
I send a smile her way and kiss her forehead . She played me so much and yet I was under her spell. It was sad how much I needed her and how toxic she was to me . She was draining me .
"I missed you too baby", I say
My phone rings and it's Angel, A wide smile spreads across my face. Charlotte instantly gets jealous but I answer it.
"Wassup best friend?", I answer.
She's crying .
"What's wrong best friend?", I asked concerned .
"Best friend I'm tired of life and I'm not a suicidal person but I'm ready to end it all", She says as a hear a chair being scoot.
"Angel don't say that please", I say .
"Goodbye, I love you and I'm sorry", She says hanging up.
I jump out of bed and rush to get dressed.
"Where are you going?", Charlotte asks disgusted.
"Angel's house", I say stating the obvious.
"What Why?", She asks pouting .
"She's crying and her mind is cloudy", I say sliding on my shoes .
"So what leave her alone and cone back to bed", Charlotte says pleading with me.
"No she's trying to kill herself Char", I blurt out .
"Good if she's gone then we can finally be left alone", She says trying to grab me .
"How dare you Charlotte?, You're very rude and inconsiderate if Everyone's feelings besides your own. You don't care and I understand that but You don't have to do Angel like that because she has done nothing to you", I say running out her house towards Angel's house.
In about 20 minutes I arrive at Angel's house and immediately check the front door to find it's locked along with the windows except the window of her room.
My heart sinks into my chest and I instantly fear the worse. I couldn't get to her , I see a police officer and I wave her down.
"What's wrong child", I say catching my breath.
"Please we don't have time I need to get to my best friend, she's committing suicide. I got her as fast as I could", I tell her.
The police officer stops the squad car following me to Angel's door . She kicks it in .
"We need back up over", She says as I rush upstairs .
I push Angel's door in to see her standing on the chair with the rope wrapped around her neck. She starts crying harder .
"You came for me", She says standing there in shock.
I run to her and help her off the chair and hold her in my arms.
"Of course I came for you Angel, I love you", I tell her looking in her eyes.
She continues to cry as police rush into her room along with paramedics . They check up on her and admit her into the hospital . I call her parents to inform them . I was so angry because this was out of character for Angel, she'd never end her life for anything . She had way too much pride, unless Jack had something to do with it.
I rush to my house and change my clothes . I drive to his house and get out knocking on his door. Jack steps out and I punch him in the face, he proceeded to hit me back but 13 years of boxing gave me the best advantage. I was continually hitting him.
"You hurted my best friend for the last time ",I say shaking from the anger.
He spits out blood.
I spit on him .
"Stay away from Angel or I'll kill you", I say getting in my car and driving to the hospital to see Angel.
I walk to the front desk .
"Is Angel Williams here?", I asks filled with anger .
"Rm 293", she says .
I walk into the room and her eyes light up as big as saucers.
"Brandon", she says shocked to see me .
I climb into bed with her and kiss her nose . She giggles.
"Angel I handled Jack", I tell her .
"Oh", she says numb .
"I knew he was the reason and I told him to stay away from you", I say .
She lays her head on my chest .
"Angel I love you so much", I told her.
"I love you too Brandon", She says blushing.
"Be mine Angel", I ask her.
"I'm scared", she says .
"Trust me princess", I tell her.
"I want to trust you but I'm scared of being hurt", she says looking down at her hands .
I grab her chin and look her deep in her eyes .
"Angel I'm not going to hurt you", I assure her.
I knew she was shaken up by what just happened but I was ready to love her and give her the love she deserves.
