Richies POV (sunday)
The arcade was one of my favorite places. Until some blondie decided to stroll into the arcade and beat me at my game. My game! Street fighter is my game! And she had the audacity to just beat my highscore.
Its sad to say that it was pretty impressive. I know I should be mad but there was something about her. She was small with blue-greenish eyes and she was just perfect, but of course i would never tell her that.
I mean how would that look. Richie Trashmouth Tozier complimenting a girl without calling her hot or sexy.
"Hey hotstuff." I said throwing an arm around her.
"What do you want?" she said not taking her eyes off the game, leaving my arm around her.
kims POV
I had no time to deal with the towns trashmouth. Yes i know that kinda rude, but a second a go he was talking to his friends freaking out that i beat his high score. Like its not my fault im better at stree fighter then him.
"Listen baby how about you stop playing this game," he said trying to pull me away.
"How about you shut the fuck up and leave." i said shrugging him off.
"Okay, okay fine i just wanna see your stratgies, okay?" he said and i nodded not paying any attention.
Richie and I took turns playing street fighter until they kicked us out for me punching a kid trying to put his coin in the slot. After Richie and I biked back to my house and we talked on the roof for hours. Soon Richie had to leave and I waved goodbye.

The next day (monday) kims POV
School was the worst place that im forced to go to. My mother literally dragged me out of the house this morning. I couldnt stop thinking about Richie. I dont know why, hes just a friend. Right?
After the last bell of the day rung I packed up my stuff and made my way out of the school. One more week. Just one more week of hell. When I got out of the school I saw Henry and his goons messing with Richie. I had to do sonething i cant just leave him there.
"Hey asshole!" i yelled walking up to Henry and stepping in front of Richie.
"Leave him alone."
"Wow, four-eyes got him self a girlfriend huh?" Henry said looking at me.
"A hot one too." he said putting his hand on my waist.
Richies POV
I dont know why I got so mad seeing Henry put his hand on Kims waist.
"Dont touch her!" I yelled trying to get out of Belchs grip.
Kim punched Henry on his jaw which he gladly returned with a punch to the eye. Kim fell to the ground then Henry started kicking her in the ribs
"Stop! Let me go!" I yelled then Victor kicked me in the chest.
Henry and his goons left. I got up and walked up to Kim who was holding her chest.
"Kim, oh my fuck im so sorry." I said sitting her up.
"you shouldnt have done that." I said grabbing her face seeing her with a black eye.
"i wanted to, i had to." she said tears falling down her face.
"why?" i said looking into her beautiful eyes while wiping away her tears.
"because i like you richie." she said with pain in her voice as she looked down.
"Really?" I said starting to get excited.
"mhm." she said with a fresh tear going down her face.
"I-i like you too, like a lot." i said looking at her lips.
Thats when she leans in.
