Description: I love the description within this book, It give you a surrealistic image in your mind. A feel for the surrounding areas. How ever, at the beginning I felt that the author lacked description. Rushing into the storyline. The human-like people, I felt that only main thing mentioned was their eyes. Giving them a difference to humans, which I was gravely disappointed in. However, the more it moves along more the authors description comes on.

Parts: I love how this story kicks straight of, straight into action and the storyline. Although, at the beginning you have no bond to the main character as an individual. As most stories open up with a bit of a feel, normal life for the main character and others that had part in her life. Which is slightly disappointing. However, you do get a strong feeling of bravery from the main character. I'm not a big fan of third person, as I love being inside a characters mind. This author has done wonderful work, adding parts of how she feels and sees. Her fear, confusion and slightly wary ness is demonstrated.

Storyline: This storyline is rather confusing. Lot of riddles which characters speak and even confusion on the main characters point. It has a very mysterious feel to it, excitement and suspense going on through the build up. You can see the characters life is going to rocked to the core, thrown around and dragged up and down with the storyline. Which is exciting, a little scary as your thrown straight into the deep end with it. But as most story's with supernatural never take a straight course and this author is demonstrating that completely.

I am looking forward to this story being complete for a more continuous read with the gripping storyline.
