Chapter 1

  Alejandro never knew searching for someone could be so difficult especially when they don't want to be found. He has been searching for a couple of weeks but still have not the slightest clue to her whereabouts. Just couldn't imagine where in the world she could possibly be hiding.
  
He knew she had no one to run to except her mom who totally despise her. Non the less he had checked and as he had suspected she wasn't there.
      It was getting a bit frustrating he didn't know were else she might be, it was almost as if she had disappeared off the surface of the earth.

     '' Lily stop am so tried '' Charlotte said trying to catch up with lily as she skipped into a deeper part of the mall sighing she tagged along knowing quite well there was no escaping this, when lily finally came to view she turned to Charlotte and lead her towards the change room were she made her try on a few clothes she had picked.
   A few hours latter they had loads of bags with them totally starving they decided it'll be best if they had late lunch at Starbucks.
'We'll have the usuals' lily said smiling at the waiter then turned her attention to her friend who was staring out the window at the moment, looking closely she noticed her friend still had a few dark circles under her eyes,a scowl on her pale face, to just anyone she would seem lost and lonely but in reality her friend was heartbroken and pregnant which wasn't any comfort either.
  'Here' the waiter said placing their order before them then left, lily turned her attention back to her friend who was eating as though she hadn't eaten in years guess that what pregnancy does to people 'Charlie you have to tell him about the baby much as I hate to tell you this he has the right to know' she took a sip of her coffee waiting patiently for Charlie's reply.
     
  Alejandro couldn't believe after searching for so long he was to find her while having coffee at a Starbucks when he least expected to, she wasn't alone. She seemed quite close the lady she was with, he listened to their conversion, confused when he had her friend trying to convince Charlotte to tell the child father about the child.
   That wasn't right if she was yet to tell him about it then who sent him the message that had him running round the world, that isn't important what was is that he has found her and she's probably carrying his heir. If that should be the case she's going back to Spain with him and if not well he'll solve that problem when it comes.

        'Lily I promise I'll try telling him within the week and yes am fine, now go home am sure Mark's missing you' Charlotte said smiling knowing Lily must have a dreamy expression.
  'Okay but promise to call if anything goes wrong okay?' Lily said turning serious.
   'Okay I promise,bye' Charlotte said smiling at Lily's motherly behavior, then waited until lily had pulled out of her drive way before closing her door. Charlotte head for her bed room to put her new purchase away, after doing that she went to the kitchen for dinner though she and lily had eaten at a restaurant a while ago she still felt hungry.
    After satisfying her craving she walked to her bathroom turned on the water for a bath poured in her bubble bath soap and a bowl of lavender and Jasmine petals that was just how Charlotte had her bath every night it was like a tradition. Charlotte socked her self in the hot water relaxing her muscle after her tiering day, she was so relaxed and had began drifting away to sleep when she had three sharp knocks on her front door jolting her from her dazed state thinking it she was imaging things she continued her bath until she heard it again twice she grabbed her towel wrapped her self then threw on a robe before heading out her room with a baseball bat. She couldn't think of anybody who could be knocking her door at this hour not that she knew a lot of people. Saying a prayer she took a deep breath opened the door and sung her bat.
    'What the hell woman' the figure growled trying to grab the bat.
   Wait that voice it sounds familiar, still holding her bat ready to use it if need be she flipped on the lights not that It helped her case for she was blind but whoever the intruder was didn't know, the smell of sandal wood the ocean breeze on him was very familiar and she only knew one person who owned that scent.
    Alejandro...
 

'Who are you?' She asked tighten her grip on the bath.
   'I don't have time for jokes Charlotte' he replied coldly.
     The way she stared at him as if she couldn't see clearly reminded him of a near blind cat.
    
     'Alejandro is that you?' She said in a whisper afraid to believe it's really him.
    He watched closely at the way she spread out her hands until she felt the door and closed it behind her. And at the way she moved slowly with caution towards the living room.
     
   'Have a sit' she said pointing at the couch but remained standing.
    He studied her tense form just noticing her near naked state, in nothing but a towel and a flimsy robe, bare feet both body and hair still had streaks of water. She most had been bathing when he knocked.
  
   Charlotte knew from the stir in her body the intensity of his gaze on her it was Alejandro, getting uncomfortable under his gaze she blurted out the only excuse she could think of 'do you mind a drink' hoping he wouldn't.
   'Not at all' he said a smile tugging his lips at her obvious discomfort.
     Not wasting a minute she head for the kitchen relived to be away from his searing gaze
