It's similar to My Hero Academia in world. There is an upper class of people who have super powers. Several use their powers for good, philanthropists, inventors, and of course, super heroes. Some, though, use it like @$$[-]○\€$. Things like criminals and super villains. There are only so many good supers, after all. So the main characters (non-supers) take it upon themselves to make a bounty hunting type squad. They go after supers who they're hired to go after/one has something against.
Also there's some swearing.
