Hugged

"So, I hope we can see each other again." I say awkwardly to a guy I'm having a date with. We stand outside my dorm room and ready to get in and watch Netflix or something that takes my mind off things. I see Chad lean down to kiss me but I pull my head back.
He looks at me confused and shocked. I panicked and gave him a hug. A HUG!! TO CHAD! He's the hottest guy in college and I gave him a hug!!! I quickly run into my dorm room to get away from the embarrassment that I made of myself.
I lean my body against my door and take a deep breath. Thank god my roommate, Ashly, is hanging out with her boyfriend and I don't have to tell her about what I just did.
It's not really my fault though, if it wasn't for Ethan. If it wasn't for him I would probably be making out with Chad right now, but I can't because all I can think about is Ethan. Ever since I went to the coffee shop and talked to Ethan I can't get him out of my head.
I think I like him. I mean I probably don't because we only hung out one time, but after we talked I feel like I've known him for my whole life. Is that weird? I shake the thought out of my head and lay down on my bed looking at the ceiling. I lay there for a couple of minutes and listen to my breath. Then fall into a deep sleep.
