in a cold body of water that splashed and trickled drops and beads of water off of soft skin We would eat red blue white flavored ice that was sweet like honey yet cold like snow Do you remember warm comforting tight embraces with that can last about five seconds but can feel like an eternity Do you remember the sadness that escaped my eyes
after the words that left your lips laced with anger and rage
that felt like a punch in the face and a stab to the heart that i felt crumble inside me Every word you spoke Do you remember the bandaids and stiches you so carefully put back on after being ripped off Do you remember when i said i loved you and you returned it almost instantly followed by a kiss on the cheeck and a loving embrace with a cracked leather jacket against soft skin that smelled of aftershave and mint
Do you remember the last i love you that escaped your lips never to be physically heared again by you
little did i know it was Do you remember ever night
when i cried my self to sleep choking on sobs that forced its way out of my throat just because i so desperately crave your voice
