"It's not that bad." I said sitting down on my bed, Riker laughed sitting up "you're moving and now there's a chance I'm going to be investigated for rape, how is that not bad?"

Turns out being pregnant wasn't the only allegation Rachael made, I was apparently pregnant from rape, obviously the pregnancy test came back negative but they think I'm covering for Riker so now there is a pretty high chance of him being investigated.

"Babe I have seen you jump from the floor onto a kitchen counter because of a baby spider, you can't watch horror movies without a light on, you're hardly man enough to do something like that-"

"Man enough? That's not being man enough, that's being a disgusting fucking coward-"

"Alright calm down, I get it you're pissed and scared but you're innocent, Rachael is just getting annoyed because Cole hit on me and she isn't accepting that and so she's taking it out on us and that we're making all of this up to make it seem like you hit him on purpose, this is just stupid high school drama." I said rubbing his arm.

"For you, if that polygraph even comes back as undetermined I get arrested and possibly put onto trial, we've had sex there's evidence of that, they know I hit Cole and they know how many times and how hard I hit him, so I'm already classed as violent, I'm starting to regret even having sex." Riker said grabbing his bag "I'm going home, I'll text or call you later tonight if I still have my phone."

I never imagined I could have so much hatred for one person, she used to be my best friend and now I have so much hate for Rachael that it physically hurts, it's not just emotion anymore it's...I can feel the anger and the pain and the hatred running through my body.

"Nothing is going to happen to you I promise-"

"You can't promise that." Riker said wiping my hand away from him, I nodded wrapping my arms around his neck "Rachael said you raped me on Tuesday the 14th, two days before the party, we broke up and didn't have sex until the night of the party, they can tell that and it was proven on the exam, I saw her statement, it's not even sure if they're going to investigate you yet but if they do, there are plenty of people who will say we weren't together." I said kissing his neck, he sighed dropping his bag and pulled me closer.

"She could just say she forgot what date it was, Cole knows we had sex because of Danny, they change that date and then there's proof-"

"We know the truth and that's all that matters." I whispered.

Riker shook his head "no that's all that matters to you, you're not getting it I could actually go to prison! I could be charged and my life is ruined, it doesn't matter what we know thousands of people go to jail for the things they didn't do, my moms been blowing up my phone, I'm going home."

"Riker please don't go, please, I just want to make sure you're alright-"

"You want to make sure I don't cut myself, you know what I don't need you baby sitting me, we wouldn't even be in this situation if it weren't for you."

"How is any of this my fault ? If anything it's yours, you punched Cole and then you were the one who said you wanted to have sex, if you want to play the blame game let's play. I get that this is hard on you, being accused of something that big and knowing that anything can happen but it's hard for me to, Cole and Rachael were my best friends too, I trusted Rachael with so much, stuff about my family that I only talk about with people I know I can really trust, we all thought that we would be best friends for years, I'm scared because of you, I don't want to lose you, I can't lose you-"

Riker sighed hugging me "I'm sorry, I'm just scared."

I laughed gently kissing his cheek "please stay here tonight my mom is working night shift again and I know nothings going to happen but worst case it does I want you as much as I can have you."

Riker slowly nodded kissing me "I wouldn't want to mess with evidence now would I ? That's a serious offence." He whispered making me laugh, I pecked his lips walking backwards I smirked "they've got all the evidence they need, they're not allowed to touch me now without consent from my mom."

"I think that conversation could be very awkward." He laughed.

"The rules don't apply to you." I smiled laying down as he hovered above me biting his lip sighing he shook his head "Hey it's just us, just me and you, alone, in a locked room, inside a empty house." I whispered kissing him, trailing along his jaw.

"Wait it's Haley." I said opening my laptop.

Riker sighed kissing my neck, moving my bra strap down my arm he kissed my collar bone, lifting my shirt up I arched my back helping him pull it off "and send." I laughed kissing him.

"Touch that laptop and I walk." Riker said gasping as I picked up my laptop "I see how much you love me." He said standing up.

"I was putting it on the floor and right now I want you more than I love you." I said laughing, Riker raised his eyebrow and laid down next to me kissing my stomach.

"Isabelle! I know you're in there so open up!" Haley shouted throwing something at my window.

Riker shook his head "ignore it, this is why we didn't have sex until we did because they just show up everywhere, ignore her please-"

"She has keys! I promise as soon as she leaves, we can skip school tomorrow, go to yours when everyone leaves spend all day in your bed, watching films, making out-"

"Fine." Riker sighed going to hand me my shirt laughing as he pulled it back "who do you love more, me or her ?"

"Well she's like my sister and I mean I can love you like my sister if that's what you want..." 

"Point taken."

I laughed grabbing my shirt and opened my window throwing my keys down "did somebody forget her keys ?"

"No I just know Riker's there." Haley said unlocking the backdoor, Riker sighed sitting down in my desk chair spinning himself around.

"Haley get me Dr Pepper please!" I shouted, Haley screamed and ran back downstairs, walking up to Riker I grabbed hold of the chair stopping him "what ?"

"Nothing, am I not allowed to kiss my boyfriend without a reason ?" I asked biting his lip "what is he doing here ?" Rachael asked, Danny laughed holding his arm out keeping Cole back.

"You knew he was going to be here." Cole said looking between Haley and Danny.

Haley went to speak as I laughed "Expecting him to be elsewhere, like behind bars. You're one sick son of a bitch making shit like that up, your boyfriend hit on me at your house, that's why Riker pushed him in the pool, after he said he'd fuck Rydel, your boyfriend isn't perfect-"

"Guess he didn't tell you about last summer huh ? Gotta say for a virgin he was pretty damn good." Rachael smirked "that's why Riker didn't have sex with you, he was scared you'd find out that we had sex, wasn't the last time we hooked up either. My boyfriend hits on girls and says he'd let them ride his dick, yours actually goes through with it. If you think about it I did this to help you, I thought he'd tell you the truth-"

"By accusing me of rape ? You can't go round accusing people of that, rapist are disgusting fuck heads and if they're guys should have their dicks removed so they can't have sex." Riker said as I looked at him, his not even denying it.
