"Noona"

"What is it Jimin? You're scaring me!"

"Our prayers didn't........ my mom....."

"What happened to your mom?"

"She- she won't survive the day. "

"What?"

"My dad told me that she is going to die." I couldn't believe that it was real. Seeing the boy cry was not my plan anyways but he needed me.

"Let's go meet her then. Maybe if you're with her right now, she would be more relaxed and happy."

"Bu-but I hate it there. I can't go there."

"Try. Try for your mother. If you don't go you'll regret it for the rest of your life. Hospitals are not where people die. It's a place for people to cure themselves, to find hope."

"Then why my mom couldn't be cured?"

"It's not always in our hand to control our or someone's life. Although she shouldn't have but she is going to go. And we cannot do anything unless there is some sort of miracle. All we can do is make best of what we have. It's life. You have got one day. One day with your mom. So make the most of it." I know I would have if I had just one day with Sen-Hyuk oppa so do it, do it, do it.

"I'll go then. If I make my mom happy. But I'm still scared."

"Don't be. I'll be with you all the time. I can even call Jenna if you want."

"She won't come."

"She will". I took my phone and dialed Jenna and asked her to come to the hospital after school. We waited for the bus. The bus which would take us to the hospital and not the school.

"Jimin. Come on. Every second matters." Jimin nodded and came inside of me.

The same smell of chemicals and the same kind of people in the same kind of coats made my head ache. It was so similar to the night when oppa died. But I guess it's always like this. Never calm.

"Room 458. That's it." Jimin pointed at the door before us

"I'll wait outside for you." I said looking at him who was trembling in fear.

"Please come with me. I cannot do it by my own." I nodded and went and opened the door because Jimin was hesitating. Hesitating to see his own mother dying. He knew it. She knew it. It wasn't a secret. But was not something to celebrate either.

"Surprise~" I chimed in to lighten the 'to be awkward' mood.

"Jimin? You're here? You're really here!" Jimin mom hugged him as tight as she could, tears welling from her eyes. I stood in the corner of the room watching the most wonderful relationship created. Mom and her child.

Jimin pulled away and wiped her tears but it was useless. Somewhat knowing that it was her last day with his son made her cry even more.

"Of course I came. I came to see you. I thought you would want to see me too. Why are you crying mom?" Jimin broke down and his mom patted his head calming him down while trying to calm herself too.
