The little girl woke up and looked around, where was Jack? “Jack? Jack where did you go?” The girl got off the couch and started searching for Jack “Jack?” She shouted but there was no reply only the eeriness seemed to of replied, she started shacking, she doesn’t like being alone and without Jack his carnival looked scary and empty “Jack! Please answer me!” She sobbed “I don’t want to be alone…” She whimpered. She looked everywhere but Jack was never to be found.

I came back from the Café but I wasn’t in the happiest of moods like I was, why are these coming back to me? The little girl is dead and the clown is probably dead as well, or did he abandon her. I shook my head, got to get my head straight or I’ll be getting a head ache.
I went up to my art floor to see how Laughing-Jack was doing, maybe seeing him again will cheer me up, but when I saw him I was anything but happy. What happened to him!? His colours are gone! His clothing is all dark and ruined! His eyes are no longer the lovely blue but now this ghostly white, and his facial expression has changed too, instead of his welcoming smile he now has this insane look to him and I don’t remember him having sharp teeth! I went over to the painting and started to investigate and touched the wall “It’s not been over painted, but this is not the colour he was!” It is impossible! He was full of life now he looks like he just took a trip to evil town.
“Why my dear I am hurt, I thought you would of liked the way I look now since you’re not so colourful yourself.” I turned around, but there was no one “Looking the wrong way dearest.” I turned around to be greeted by a moving painting; I jumped a little “Bwahaha! Oh dear (y/n) you really haven’t changed much at all! Still a jumper.” How can his mouth move? He’s a painting he’s not meant to move! “What is this…?” I tried to suss out what is going on “Come on (y/n) Don’t play dumb with me like the other ones, it really broke my heart when none of them really remembered me but I know you didn’t, you were always the one to have an amazing memory after all, like the time I lost my shoe you remembered where I put it and I lost it 2 weeks before I found it.” He smiled, no, it isn’t him it can’t be.
“(y/n) have you seen my shoe? It’s been gone for a while now and I’m beginning to miss it.” The clown started tearing up but (y/n) went over to him “Don’t worry ,Jack; I remember you put it at the teddy bear tent and you left your shoes there because you were polishing the floor.” She laughed “Looks like you only picked up one.” She said through the giggles, the clown looked at her then smiled “OK then Miss.” And he picked her up and put her on his shoulders “Are you positive they are there?” He asked “Yes.” Said (y/n) filled with confidence “Are you sure you are positive?” He said looking right in her eye “Absolutely.” She nodded “Are you sure, sure?” OK now he is just messing around but (y/n) played along “Of course.” She smiled and then put on a smug face, Jack returned one, as if not believing her. They arrived at they’re destination and just like (y/n) said the shoe was there “Ha! Told ya!”
“No, No, No, NO!” (y/n) covered her ears, but she can’t believe it, it was Laughing-Jack and she heard him laugh “What’s wrong ,Ace? Can’t believe it or something? Or do you not like my new look?, but I have to admit, these clothes do need to be washed.” She looked at him dead in the eye and straightened up “It’s because you abandoned me.”
