In the box with me, I notice other garden tools and trinkets. I feel the box being put into the trunk of the persons car. "I wonder where I'm going or what will happen to me next", I think to myself. I look a little closer to the stuff around me. I notice a little shovel with the word " Marcia" engraved into it. "So that was her name,Marcia. I'm gonna miss Marcia." I think to myself as I feel the box being taken out of the car. I feel the person bring the box into a house (their house I'm guessing). After about an hour or so a hear a kid. I hear a female voice (the kids mom I believe) tell the kid that they can look through the boxes and if they want anything they can have it. "I wonder if they will take me?" I wonder inside of my head. I hear them open other boxes next to me. I can feel anticipation building as I wait for them to open my box. When they open my box I see a little girl with big brown eyes and long chocolate hair that turned shades of Carmel in the sun. She picked me up and examined me. She set me on the table and continued looking thought the box. I looked around the house I was in and saw her mom, she looked tired.. and sad. I mean it make sense because Marcia was probably her mom, why wouldn't she be sad. The little girl put everything back in the box and closed it. She picked me up and smiled at her mom. "I like him. I want to name him! Hmmm... I'll name him benson!" She giggled. Her mom smiled and nodded.  The little girl took me up to her room. I looked around and noticed she collected a lot of little nicknacks and she was kinda a hoarder. She moved a few things on her dresser and set me down. "Sariah come down here please", her mother called. This was the place I lived for the next 3 Years. Sariah liked to bring a satchel to school everyday and fill it with things to show her classmates. She would bring me every now and then and I could see the school. I find it so strange how humans gather together in places and give each other knowledge and grade each other on how well they understand it. Anyways I loved the attention when she would bring me places. It made me feel special and loved. Like it filled the cracks in my heart from Marcia's passing. Sariah treated me well too. Always making sure I don't get broken and that when she would show me to others they were carful not to break me. She would take me out of the satchel and say " this is benson, he was my grandmas so he's special to me please be careful." Then she would let them look at me then on to the next wonder inside the satchel. One day Sariah decided to go outside and play and she brought me out with her. She set me in the grass along with a few other nicknacks. She played pretend with up for hours on end. Until her mother would call her in to eat lunch then she would be right back out there with us after. Until one day she was gone while I was out side and a stray dog was wondering around and found me. The dog picked me up and took me. I slowly watched my home fade into the horizon as the dog took me farther and farther away...
