"So how's our favorite Raven doing?"

Oz looked up from the book that he was reading and practically saw everyone standing in front of him. Break was the one that had asked the question. He was leaning over the desk that Oz was sitting at and looking at him. Oz sighed and placed the book down. The other occupants stared at him cautiously. Oz looked up and flashed them a smile.

"You guys wanna go and see him? It's not like I'm forbidding anyone from going!"

Oz stood up and quickly made his way to the door and went out. He made a beeline down the hall to his room and opened the door. He peeked into the room and saw that the person he wanted to see was not in the room. He huffed and grabbed the nearest maid and asking them where the pregnant male was at. The poor maid said that they had seen the male in the library, but hadn't asked what he was doing. Oz frowned and gestured his guest to follow him.

They quickly arrived at the library and gaped at the sight before them. The male in question sat on the ladder some ways up and was grabbing a few books. His very round stomach visible over the cloth that was draped over his shoulders. Oz felt his mouth touch the floor and stomped over to his lover.

"GIL!!!!"

The said male jumped a little and looked down to see his master turned lover. He smiled brightly and waved. He noticed the other guest and waved at them too. He moved to put the books down and climb down the ladder but had misjudged the step and slipped.

Everything moved in slow motion as the pregnant male fell from the ladder, his books following. Oz and Gil made eye contact with each other. Gil in surprise and Oz in shock and terror. Oz quickly moved and held his arms out. Gil closed his eyes and waited for the inevitable pain to come. It didn't. Instead, he heard several grunts and relieved sighs. Gil opened his eyes and was shocked to see that he was lying in everyone's arms, including the stupid rabbit.

"Uhh....."

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU DOING ON THAT LADDER (seaweed head)?!?!?"

Gil stared in shock at everyone's angry faces. He felt the tears gathering in his eyes as his hands moved up to cover his face. He kept his face hidden as he muttered out apologies to everyone. He heard someone (Oz) sigh as the hands placed him into his lover's arms. Gil placed his head on Oz's chest as the blonde carried the male back to his room.

It was honestly a relief and a miracle that his body caught up to his age. Otherwise, he didn't think that he'd be able to carry his pregnant love. Plus, being a year older also had the height advantage....either that or Gil was short. Oz pushed their room door open with his foot and settled his distressed love onto their bed. He made to get up to move to a more comfortable position, but Gil had tugged onto his sleeve and silently conveying his question through his teary eyes.

Oz stared at the male and smiled before patting his head. He shifted into a more comfortable position and sat there waiting. He felt a weight in his lap and a vision full of black as the raven threw himself into Oz's lap. The blonde could feel a wet spot forming on his shoulder. He laughed and placed one hand on the raven locks and the other around the soft, fuzzy cloth.

*20 minutes and a shirt change later*

The guests were led back into the room after the raven had calmed down. The raven was sitting on the bed with the fluffy cloth on his shoulders and legs tucked into the blanket, while Oz was sitting on a chair next to the bed. They all made a dive (nicely) for the male (except Alice) and hugged him. Sharon and Ada had patted him on the head and smiled sweetly before turning a gleaming eye onto Oz. Vincent kept his arms around his brother and rubbed his face onto the soft raven locks. Echo sat next to Vincent and played with his hair. Alice was poking Oz's face and demanding meat while he was talking to his Uncle Oscar. Liam took his glasses off and began to wipe them furiously when he saw the ominous aura around Vincent (and Oz). Break messed with Gil for a bit before Vincent and Oz glared at him and gave Gil a lollipop as an apology, which the raven happily ate. Emily was laughing at Break until they caught sight of Sharon and her paper fan. Elliot was torn between yelling at the blonde or the raven. Leo was just holding him by the collar and having a casual conversation with Oz.

As the conversations kept going, Break noticed that Gil would occasionally wince and grip at the blanket, but he would also occasionally sneeze. The entire room turned silent whenever he would sneeze but would return to their regular conversations after. The people that noticed the wincing, were the people that were actually in front of him. If you weren't, then you probably wouldn't have noticed. He looked at Emily, who was also staring at the raven haired male. He turned and saw Leo fidget in his spot and Liam furiously wiping away at his glasses. They were both eyeing out the raven as well.

Break yawned loudly and looked at Gil.

"Yo, Gil wanna take a walk with me?"

The occupants in the room turned to look at him like he was insane. Gil stared at Break before he lit up like a Christmas tree. Break turned to face Oz, silently asking him if it was alright. The blonde hesitated a bit before slowly nodding. Break nodded at the silent statement that Oz was conveying and placed Emily onto Sharon's head. He trotted over to the bed and helped the pregnant male to stand. Gil stumbled a little, but regained his balance and assured everyone that he was alright. He shuffled to the door and turned back to make sure that Break was following him. The white-haired male was following behind with a smirk on his face.

Break and Gil made it someways away from the room when Gil suddenly leaned against the wall. Break stopped to look at him and Gil put his hand up and waved him.

"How long?"

Gil huffed lightly and rubbed his stomach before settling down on the ground. He looked up at Break with a frown on his face.

"...Since this morning"

Break looked up at the ceiling and put his hand on his mouth and nodded.

"Hmm...now is it the fever or the contractions?"

Gil gaped at Break and opened his mouth to say something, but nothing was coming out. He looked away and gasped when a particularly strong one hit him.

"You need to tell Oz~"

"I-I know that, but I don't want him to get upset over something like this. Besides it might be false contractions and then we would've overreacted for noth-"

"Gil!!"

The raven-haired male stopped mid-sentence and looked at the Mad Hatter. He most definitely looked like a mad hatter.

"This isn't something that's trivial my dear Raven. You go into labor with a fever and you'll probably die. It's the reason why you misjudged the step on the ladder right? Because you had a fever. You may think that something of this nature isn't trivial, but can you imagine the hurt on Oz's face when he realizes that you didn't tell him something important?"

Gil rubbed his stomach again and nodded before holding his hand out to the Hatter. Break smirked a little before helping him up. Gil slowly stood up and felt the world sway a bit. He held onto Break, not hearing the protest from the silver-haired male to stay awake before succumbing to the darkness. Break held onto the pregnant male and lifted him up rushing back to the room, minding to not hit anything on the way back. He kicked the door open and was met with confused stares before everyone snapped up into action.

He brought the male to the bed and placed him down and bringing the blankets up to cover him. He turned to the other occupants and explained the situation to them. Oz, Oscar, Ada, and Vincent looked a little hurt, but shook their heads knowing that this was Gil and he was stubborn like that. Oz went off to the bathroom to find some cloths, the thermometer, and a bowl. He went back to the room and set the cloths near the bedside table. He went down to the kitchen to gather some ice and placed it into the bowl and filled it with water and went back upstairs.

He was shocked when he went back in and saw the dark blush of the fever and gripped at the bowl in his hands. He trotted over to the bedside table and placed the bowl down, taking one of the cloths and dipping it into the bowl and placing it on his lover's forehead. Gil made a tiny whimpering sound before burying himself deeper into the blankets. Oz sighed and sat down on the chair next to the bed.
