Kayla p.o.v.

"In the DNA testing  of Maya, Daniel Simmons you are....Not the father" I said.

"Yes" Jacob jumped up & picking me up while hugging me tight.

"Thank you" he kissed my cheek.

"Congratulations"  I smiled as he sat me down.

"You can get her if you want" I said to Jacob and he went over picking her up.

I sat next to Daniel to see if he was okay.

Playing with his hair.

"Daniel are you okay?" I asked.

He looked into space not moving or even responding.

"Daniel" I whispered his name.

"Excuse me" he said sliding out of the booth pushing me back.

Making me fall in my heels as he pushed me onto the ground while I was trying to let him out.

"Ouch" I said calmly.

"Kayla are you okay?" Jacob asked.

"Yeah I'm fine" I said standing up but falling back down.

"Ow, Ow no I'm not" I sat back down taking off my heel holding onto my ankle.

"Let me see" Jacob asked.

"No" I shook my head as a single tear slid down my cheek.

"Please" he looked into my eyes.

I slowly removed my hands from around my ankle.

"its starting to swell.I'm gonna take you to the hospital just in case" He looking concerned.

I nodded.

"let me just buckle Maya in first" he said putting her pacifier in her mouth while making funny faces at her buckling her in.

"alright" he came over to me picking me up bridle style holding Maya's car seat with the other.

"kick the door" he said and I did with my good foot.

"now open the car door"  he said and I listened to him.

He layed me down elevating my foot up.

Then going on the other side, buckling Maya in.

He kissed her forehead.

"Why can't I get a kiss too?" I joked.

He leaned over and kissed my forehead making me blush.

Before he closed the doors, hopping into the drivers seat and heading to the hospital.

We arrived at the hospital.

And he carried us in again.

They got my room & I got settled while we waited for the doctor.

It was complete silence while we waited.

Jacob was feeding Maya her bottle rocking her as he walked in circle.

I watched him be a perfect father and take care of his daughter.

He loves her so much it's so cute.

"Jacob"  I broke the silence.

"yes"  he said.
