Seven Thousand Three Hundred Solo Days, that's 20 Earth years. Twenty solid years are over and Sector: 2 have developed a lot. It looks more or less similar to those sci-fi movies I used to see when I was a child. After twenty years, today is the day when I see my people happy and cheerful. The population of 500 has gone through a lot of things to reach at this position. Words can't explain all that has happened. All I can say is to think of a highly developed city flying through the universe thousands of miles away from Milky Way, where people never age.

As the beginning of the New Year, the civilians are having a party at the City Centre Hall. Everyone from District A to District Y is here. Z is considered as the apex of the sector and today Z is hosting the party. I am the President of Sector: 2 and standing in my Oval office I could see everyone in their party mode.

Sector: 2 was a small city. We had very little people and had constant interactions with everyone. So everyone knew everyone. It's actually no big surprise actually because the Sector is full of teenagers, me included.

Awards were being given away to people for their dedication, hard work and sincerity , toasts were being made; everyone is celebrating as if they aren't aware that their yesterday existed and tomorrow will never come. As matter of fact it was true.

Amidst the crowd I saw Marie in the corner of the room, staring at a book with wide eyes. When she saw me she came up to me. Marie is considered has the shyest person in all the 500 but I knew she wasn't. It's just because she still lives in her past.

Seeing Marie with a book I shouldn't be surprised because she carries her book everywhere, every time. The book she read and reread for twenty years. I wondered why she hadn't outgrown the book over all these years. Then again it was Marie! Anyway, today her eyes surprised me. They had an intense look I've never seen.

She came over to me with her big worried eyes and handed me the book. The book was titled "Time Ends..." I wasn't sure why the book worried her. Only then did my eyes fall on the author's name. I was dumbstruck!!!!

It was his name. The name from which I ran away. The name I never wanted to remember. I couldn't believe it. No, he couldn't! But he did! What happened in there must not be known by a third a person. It will affect the stability of the universe. Judging from the title of the book my head was giving me a 110% confirmation that he has cheated on me and has published our story.

The story that died with planet Earth was now being sold for what? - 'fifty sectorites.' The bare truth of the existence of human race is just worth 50 sectorites!

Marie started weeping. She wouldn't stop. And I was getting furious. The book in my hand had secrets no one knew. It was between me and him and Marie knew it because she stood witness for it...witness for the Final Battle.

With trembling hands I opened the first page and read the only lines in it-"To Josephine".

And I shut it close.
