As I arrived, I couldn't help but marvel at the landscape. The scenery flying past a blur but different to anything else I've ever seen. The plane shook as we hit the ground and began to slow down on the runway. I walked into the airport and went through customs. Patiently, I waited for my bag. During this time, I caught the eye of a girl who was wearing black ripped jeans with a white t-shirt and a flannel around her waist. She waved at me and I waved back looking away. The next time I looked over, she was surrounded by a group of people, both male and female, wearing similar things. They looked like a group of badass'. The girl started stalking towards me and the group followed behind in what looked like a planned formation. They stopped in front of me and stared at me intimidatingly. I didn't know what to do so I just waved again. Most of them laughed.

"Hello" The girl said "My name is Alex what about you?"

"Um I'm Cam short for Cameron" I replied. She asked for my number and invited me to go shopping with them tomorrow. I agreed and noticed my luggage coming around the belt so I quickly turned and grabbed it. I said goodbye and walked off to find my driver.

When I found him, I followed him to his car and gave him the destination that my mum told me. The car pulled up into the driveway and to say I was shocked was an understatement. My jaw hung open in awe and I didn't know what to say. I thanked the driver and got my bags out of the boot. I dragged my suitcase up the gravel path to the steps leading into the huge mansion in front of me, fumbling for the key in my pocket and put it in the doorway. I pushed open the door and was speechless. A huge staircase was in front of me with glass banisters. I didn't know what to think, I was amazed. I quickly called my mum to thank her and say that I landed safely. While walking around giving myself a tour I was mind blown. The mansion had 10 bedrooms each with a bathroom attached, a games room, a theatre, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a mega big kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a gym and so much more. To say I was amazed was a huge understatement. I found the master bedroom and started to unpack.

The next day I got a text from Alex asking for my address so they could pick me up I sent it to her and got up to get ready. I walked over to my adjoining bathroom and locked the door closed. I stripped and stepped into the shower turning it on to the coldest it would go. Goosebumps immediately became visible on my skin and I started to shiver I fumbled to get heat back into the water and sighed in relief when it did. I washed my body and hair before getting out and dressed into black leggings and a black top and my black hoodie. As soon as I swallowed my last bite of toast the doorbell rang notifying me that Alex was here. I ran to get the door and opened it as wide as I could. Alex's jaw dropped open like mine did. I grabbed my jacket and walked out of the door, locking it behind me. I walked over to her car and noticed all the girls she was with yesterday inside it. There were three other girls in the car not including me. They introduced themselves and I found out that they were called Casey, Ivy and Xena. Alex and I got in the car and she started to drive to the nearest shopping centre, or as they say here 'mall'.

"So, where are you from?" Xena questioned.

"I'm from England" I replied, this is roughly how the conversation went for the whole journey, them asking me questions and me replying or the other way around.

When we arrived at the shopping centre, Alex stopped me from getting out of the car and said "Why did you move?" I debated whether I should tell them in my head but I mean I was already in a car with them anyway so why not?

"Well, in my last school I was bullied and beaten even by my brother who is supposed to protect me" I replied with tears stinging my eyes. They all looked at me with sympathy, I hated it. I didn't deserve their sympathy. I quickly got out of the car and slammed the door shut leaning against it. I quickly wiped away the water that was gathering in my eyes and turned to face the others that were standing in a line watching me with pity. "Stop looking at me like that, I don't need your pity." I snapped. They looked taken aback and suggested that we go inside. I agreed and we made our way over to the entrance. As soon as I took a step inside I was amazed, this place was bigger than my old school! I was pulled out of my daze by Alex who was pulling me by my arm in the direction of Topshop. The rest of the day was spent by Alex pulling me into different shops and the five of us choosing different outfits for each other. By the time we were finished, it was already 6 pm. My stomach had started to rumble and I realised that we had been so busy shopping that we didn't eat lunch. Everyone seemed to notice my tummy screaming for food and laughed. They led me to the food court and we went to McDonalds. We sat down with about ten bags each and all told Alex our orders before she went off to the till. After we had finished our food, I suggested that they stay the place at my house. They nodded in response and we all trudged to the car in pain from the bags we were carrying. We put our bags in the boot and piled into the car speeding of straight after in the direction of my house.

As soon as we got there, we took all of our bags out of the boot and walked up the gravel pathway. I unlocked the door and rushed inside leaving my bags on the ground just inside the door. The girls replicated my action and we rushed to the theatre room getting ready for a movie marathon. I strolled into the kitchen and opened the fridge to get some ice cream. I soon realised though that I hadn't gone to the shops yet and didn't have any food apart from some bread. I timidly walked back into the movie room and told them the situation. We all burst into tears and huddled together. What? We love food. Xena suggested that we go to a 24-hour supermarket and get some food, we all eagerly shook our heads up and down. Jumping in the car and speeding off to the nearest shop I realised then that I was finally happy and meant something to someone. Before I knew it, we were at the shop and the girls were waiting for me outside the car. I quickly jumped out of the car and caught up with the other who had started to walk over to the entrance. Splitting up and running down the aisles, we got some annoyed looks from the staff who looked like they just wanted to go home. We all grabbed different items of food and met up at the cash register to pay. The girls piled the food onto the counter while I looked apologetically at the cashier, who looked mortified, and got my credit card out.

Speeding back to the house, we got out and grabbed the five full bags of junk food. To say I was surprised when I saw the boys gaping at the house was an understatement. Creeping towards them, I pounced on one of their backs and they threw me off making me crash into the gravel floor. My head hitting the floor and cutting open. As I lay there, my head was spinning. I faintly saw everyone crowding around me. It was weird because I could see Alex shouting at the boy I pounced on but I couldn't hear her at all, like I was deaf. Soon, black spots were dancing on my vision and I let the darkness consume me.

I'm weak. That's it, I'm weak. It's so simple. These were the thoughts going through my head as I came back to consciousness. Shuffling around me distracted me from my thoughts and I looked to my left to see that I was in my living room. Confusion flooded through me as everyone was crowding around me. Then it hit me. me pouncing on one if the boy's back then being thrown on the floor and hitting my head. I felt the back of my head and sure enough there was a cut. "How long was I out?" I questioned. "Only an hour" Casey replied. Sitting up was quite a task seeing as I had a huge headache that made me feel a bit dizzy but I managed. Then I realised that I need to learn how to fight, it was the only way I wouldn't be weak. "Teach me how to fight" I blurted and they all looked at me with confusion so I repeated myself. Shock was the only expression on their faces apart from Alex's hers held worry as well. After giving each other a look that seemed like they were contemplating within their group if they should agree, they all nodded and Alex hesitantly sighed out a 'fine'. I was just about to get up when I realised that I didn't even know the boys' names. It turns out that I voiced my thoughts and so they all started to introduce themselves. Their names were Ace, Jax and Hunter. Finally, I felt like I fit in and had people who were going to help me and care for me. I was still stuck in my thoughts until Alex said "We are going to make you a badass."

ok so, it's my birthday today so I decided to give you an update because I haven't updated in ages so I thought 'why not update on my birthday' so that's what I'm doing.
