Kid shot up from bed. He looked around his room. No one was there. He looked out the window. It was raining harshly. "Dante." he whispered. Kumori's twin sister. Why in the world would he hear her name? Kid sighed and flopped back on his pillow. Just before his eyes closed, he could hear a voice say two more words.

Kid sat between Liz and Patty wondering about the voice. "Hey Kid is everything all right? You haven't said a word all morning." Maka said interrupting his thoughts. He blinked. "Yes, it's nothing." Kid said quickly. The others looked at each other. Kid bit his lip. He couldn't let the others know, they'd think he's crazy. At that moment Kumori walked in with Will and Maria. Kid met her eyes. She mouthed something to him without anyone noticing. Today is the last day for me... ever. Kid stared at her. Last day? What did she mean by that?
At the end of the day, Kumori handed him an envelope. "Death the kid, promise me that you'll open this tomorrow morning and not any time earlier." She said. Kid looked at her. "Why?" he asked. "Please and give it to Dad after your done reading it." Kumori pleaded. Her voice was full of worry. Kid nodded. "Okay I will."
Kumori smiled. "Thanks... brother." she said and rushed away.
