I tapped on my PesterChum app on my phone, messaging Dave. He was late for class again and he's already missed first period and half of second period.
ectoBiologist[EG] started pestering turntechGodhead[TG] at 9:18
EB: Dave!
EB: Where the heck are you?!
EB: Dave!
EB: Strider!
EB: DAVID!
TG: what the fucking hell do you want egbert
TG: god damn
EB: Dave, where are you?!
TG: im with terezi
EB: What?!
EB: Dave, you should be in class!
TG: so should you stop texting
turntechGodhead[TG] ceased pestering ectoBiologist[EB] at 9:27
I huffed and put away my phone, turning my attention back to the history lesson.

"Maybe he was helping Terezi with her English literature assignment?" Rose suggested.
Jade nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, or maybe they were planning a surprise party for Karkat. His birthday is coming up soon."
I sighed and shook my head. I knew exactly what Dave and Terezi were doing.
"Well, it doesn't matter. Tomorrow is Nepeta and Equius' party-"
I cut Jade off. "I wasn't invited."
She rolled her eyes. "Yeah, well I was. And I'm allowed to bring a friend."
I grinned at her. "Really? Can I come?"
She giggled and nodded.
"Duh!"
I squealed- because im so manly -and hugged the wonderful child in front of me.
"Whoa, am I interrupting something?" Someone asked.
I pulled away from Jade and looked up to see Karkat. I smiled and shook my head.
"No, I was just thanking Jade. She said she'll take me to the party tomorrow." I explained.
"Oh. Cool. Uh, can I talk to you about something?" He said nervously.
I nodded slowly and excused myself from Rose and Jade.
"What's up?" I asked as Karkat led me away from my friends.
"Well, uh... What's up with Dave and Terezi? They've been ditching classes and now they're gone for lunch."
Just then, realization struck me.
Terezi and Karkat are dating!
Does that mean Terezi is cheating on KK with Dave?
"Karkat, I... I'm sorry, but... I think... Terezi may be cheating on you... with Dave..." I mumbled.
Karkat was fuming. He stomped off, probably looking for Terezi and Dave.
Wait a second, Karkat is probably going to beat the shit out of Dave!
I hurriedly followed Karkat into the building.
"KK, don't do anything stupid." I warned.
He just growled, "Shut up."
