Mira occasionally came to check on them and of course she was ever so pleased to see them so snuggled together. Lucy would occasionally wake up but then realize how peaceful she felt and would trail back into sleep.Natsu and Lucy slept for what seemed to them like days and because of Lucy's injury and Natsu's medication, they slept for 8 hours. Eventually, they had moved so much that they were on either side of the bed facing toward their side of it. It was now well past midnight and Natsu had begun to gain consciousness. He opened his eyes and saw the beige curtain that reminded him how he had been bested by a freaking tree! It seemed as though he had no memory of the dream he had shared with Lucy but he did still feel quite aroused from the aftermath of it. He also felt guilty and angry but too heavily medicated from crazy potions to really move.  He just kind of kept his eyes closed while still remaining awake for a moment. Suddenly he had a flash of Lucy pop into his head, she was sitting on top of him but all his memory showed was that she was crying. He couldn't exactly make out her words but he remembered how haunted he felt when she said them.  He felt a strange tightening in his chest so much so that he begun to curl slightly inward and in doing so he bumped something behind him. For a second he thought he was back in his little cabin and he had just bumped Happy. It wasn't Happy. Lucy was asleep right next to him. Natsu was so confused and then he begun to wonder if his dream was actually just a dream but the biggest question on his mind was why she would be there. There aren't that many sick people, she could definitely have her own bed. Natsu, she's so helpless like this. It would be very easy to just take her in her sleep, a voice said. "What, the hell? Who was that?" Natsu said allowed while nearly waking Lucy. Hush Natsu, you'll wake her. Now how are you supposed to fuck her when she's asleep if she wakes up? The voice was eerie and persistent and very nearly sounded almost exactly like Natsu where everything but the personality of it was the same. Natsu began to think that maybe this was the voice who caused him to have such horrible dreams about Lucy in the past couple of weeks. Why yes, I am the reason you have been getting a nice taste of that sweet virgin meat. Natsu then realized that the voice was inside his mind and he could have a conversation with it and not wake Lucy. He asked it why it wanted him to hurt Lucy and then threatened to kick it's sorry ass if it even said anything again about hurting her. The voice was silent. Natsu had never had a problem with sleeping next to Lucy before but after hearing the voice in his head, he started to feel like she wasn't safe being so close to him. He sat at the edge of the bed and sat with both his hands cupping his face. He didn't know how but he felt like he was at the mercy of some uncontrollable beast inside him. Natsu, I will have her and when I do, you will thoroughly enjoy every ounce of her virgin pussy along with her fear and pitiful screams! "FUCK YOU, LUCY IS MY FRIEND AND I WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING TO MAKE HER FEEL ANY KIND OF PAIN!" Natsu yelled at the top of his lungs with a fist full of fire. All the memories from the night before had come rushing back into his mind but he was so infuriated by the fact that he had no control over what the hell was going on that he went looking for something to take the edge off.

Lucy POV

I abrasively woke up to Natsu's scream. "Natsu, stop! Where are you going?" I lunged out of the bed to try and grab his coat but I simply couldn't get to him in time. He was in such a fit of rage that he was practically lighting speed. I ran off to follow him into the guild hall. He wasn't around and nor was anyone else really. It must have been late because Mira wasn't even at the bar anymore. I saw a spark of flame at the top of the stairs where the S class job requests are and I figured it had to be Natsu. I had to confront him and find out who he was talking  to. I raced up the stairs very anxious about the type of response I might get from even bringing up the dream we shared. I knew it was real now but I had to hear him confirm it. Finally making it up the stairs, I noticed there was a door close to the balcony and it was creaked open with just a little bit of light shinning through. I pushed the door open and to my surprise Natsu stood over Luxus who was passed out.

He had fire in his right hand and then he whispered, "come on Luxus, knock some sense into me."

Luxus whispered back, "go to bed flame head." Natsu suddenly had a very intense look on his face and began panting with fire dripping from his mouth. The fire begun to pour on Luxus' face and he didn't like it one bit so in a swift and abrasive punch he sent Natsu across the room in a lightning blast of fury.

"Natsu!" I screamed and ran to the wall that he had just flown through.

"Go away, Lucy. This is between me and that ugly ass lightning bastard right there." He was so stupid, I couldn't believe he was picking a fight with Luxus. He knew that he couldn't possibly beat him.

"Look ass hat I don't know what your problem is but if you don't leave and go to sleep I'm going to put you to sleep, " Luxus was obviously not fond of being woken up and insulted and I believed him when he said he was going to keep hurting Natsu so I had to defuse the situation.

"Look Luxus, we will get out of your hair quickly and quietly if you don't tell anyone about this," I told him hoping that he would keep quiet.

"I don't care enough to turn into a little gossip queen, just get out of my face," he snarled and got back into his bed.

"Come on Natsu." I slung his right arm over my shoulder and pulled him out of the hole in the wall.

"Agh, Lucy. You have to get away from me. It's not safe. " Natsu seemed more injured than a punch from Luxus usually does to him, it must have been because of the head injury he got earlier. We walked back to the infirmary but the door was locked.

"What the hell? How can this door be locked when we just came out of it?" I didn't know what to do now. Natsu needed to sleep this off and he and I still needed to talk somewhere private.

"Lucy, just go home. I need you to leave me alone." He pushed me off of him but in doing so he could barely stand. He almost nearly toppled over when I grabbed his hand and pulled him back up.

"Natsu, we can talk about this later. I just think we need to find a place for you to get some rest," I said.

"I'm Natsu, just give me some flames and I'll be good as new!" He smiled so reassuringly that I almost fell for the charm that was overshadowing his pain.

"Come on Natsu, you can spend the night at my house and for once you're actually invited." He looked at me with big eyes and it was clear he was shocked, I guess I was convincing enough because he let me lead him back to my house. We walked back at a very slow pace and for the majority of the time, neither of us said a word. It's strange but I'd never felt more comfortable in silence, it was peaceful and had no expectations. Once we made it back to my apartment I laid him in my bed and grabbed some extra blankets for myself. The couch was actually a lot more comfortable than it looked.
