A Good Life

  My life was anything short of amazing and downright awesome. I had an awesome Mom, A loving Dad, and even a cool little sister. The best part was my friends and more specific my best friends Timothy and Jenna only difference is Jenna is my girlfriend while Tim is my best friend in general. Nothing could go wrong...until it did. Now I've known from a young age I was special as I had power over Ice and Water which was discovered and given in one scary way that almost killed me and just about scared everyone to death by what had happened, and no it didn't harm anyone else just my Mom hurting the person who caused the situation.

                                                                           *Flashback*

   It was a peaceful winter day. The sun was out the sky was a bright blue so the snow gleamed as the bright sun shown down upon it making it slowly melt as the day went on and it got warmer instead of colder. My and some friends decided to play in the pond out back of my buddy Chandlers house because it was shiny and looked like it was thick enough to stand and run around on. So within 30 minutes of being at chandlers 6 year old Me, Chandler, Kaden who is a buddy from around the corner, and Kade who lives down the road were all bundled up in snow gear running around the backyard of Chandlers. None of us worried about the cold or how thick the ice is we decided to run around on the pond so we could play tag. The more we played tag the more the pond looked fun to run on so we decided as a group to go play on it. We were safe for the first 10 minutes but after that it kinda went downhill real fast. As we were running Chandler slipped and fell right near me making the ice crack all around me and him. We both froze in place slowly looking at each other. 

    "Chandler get off here" I spoke slow and for a little kid that's normal but it was soft not my usual high pitched voice. He nodded and moved away from the crack making it crack more. I made a dumb decision and looked down which scared me as I saw the cracks and the freezing water waiting below for me to fall into. The moment I took a step the ice broke and I slowly fell in as the last thing I saw was Chandler rush forward but get grabbed by our parents and took inside. The cold water greeted me with a soft but painful landing  as I floated down to the bottom. The world slowly went dark as i slipped into unconsciousness.

Finally done with part one. I want to thank all my friends for wanting a part in this and my girlfriend who is going to play a massive role that she doesn't even know about yet. Expect a long story from this as i have a lot of ideas to use and even more friends and family to bounce ideas off of . Thank you for reading this is Lance signing off.
