"Hey YouTube, it's ya girl Destany Nische and I'm back with another video." I said looking into my camera smiling, doing one of the things I love to do.

"Today's video is going to be a Q&A. Now, I posted a picture and told you guys to send in some questions you wanted to ask me... so let's get started." I said while scrolling through my phone for questions.

"Okay first question... when's your birthday? My birthday is November 22... yes, I'm a Sagittarius. Woooo woooo," I said laughing at myself.

"What is one goal you want to accomplish?... umm let's see I want to open my own clothing store. I also want to be a voice for women out there who have or are going through depression and have low self-esteem." I said.

"Are you single?... yes I am single, will be for a while." I said as I start playing with the ends of my hair.

One habit I picked up when I got nervous or felt uncomfortable. Relationships are a touchy subject for me because of my last boyfriend. I kept going through the questions and when I got to the last one, it left me sort of stuck. "What are some words of advice you can give to someone who is going through depression?" I sat there stuck. How can I give someone advice on getting through depression when I myself was just coming out of it after my mom's passing a few months ago?

"Always remember someone is there for you. No matter what you think, there are people who love you. After my near-death experience, I told myself I didn't wanna go back to that place. So, I always pray any time I feel myself thinking negative thoughts. I also have Alexys and Jillian, my two best friends there to help me when I need to talk or get out of the house. They are always there whether I call them right now or at 5 in the morning. To anybody who thinks they have a friend going through this please don't ignore the signs, be a listening ear. I know you thought of someone just now. Give them a call or send a text and ask them how they are doing. Listen to them without interrupting, just be that listening ear for them..."

Remember, I love y'all and I'll see you next time." I said as I blew a kiss to the camera and cut it off. I walked over to my bed and laid down. Sensing some bad thoughts come to mind, I quickly said a prayer. After I made sure to take my meds it wasn't long before I began to drift off to sleep.
