Reunion during Mirchi

"I have accepted this film for its a UV Creations production and I totally like the script. Nothing else" Anushka tried convincing her friend Kanika.

"You really think you'll say and I will believe?" Kanika was being stubborn. "I know you still love him, actually you never stopped loving him, and expect him back in your life. But your ego comes in your way isn't it?" Kanika questioned.

"You and your stupid philosophy. Bye. Have to leave for sets." Anushka said before hanging up.

She took her essentialls in her bag and left for the sets.

Since Anushka had other work commitments during the initial schedules of Mirchi, her scenes were kept at bay for the second last schedule in Tamil Nadu. She had joined the team in Pollachi for shooting the major portion of her character. The climax scene and a song were left out for the last schedule in the same state.

As she reached, she was handed over the dialogue sheet for the scenes to be shot in the entire day.
The very first scene to be filmed was Jai's and Vennela's first meeting.

Prabhas, in his vanity was tensed. The thought if shooting with Anushka made him nervous.

It's been over a year that he and Anushka parted ways after their 2 years of togetherness.

"Its not working Sweety" he had said. Four words which turned Anushka's world upside down. She felt her heart shatter. Never in her life she had thought she would face this. But it was life and it had to go on anyways. Without shedding a single tear, she took in the reality with a weak smile and promised to be friends with him always. She was strong in front of the world, but little did anyone know how much she cried that night.

He regretted his decision of breaking up with the only person whom he truly loved unlike to feeling he mistook as love.
He needed Anushka.
"Prabhas is nothing without Anushka" he thought.

He was massaging his temples while cursing himself for committing the mistake,rather, a sin , when knock on vanity's door brought him back to reality.

Scene was now postponed for some other day due to not up to the mark performance of Anushka which was much to everyone's surprise.

"He's your co-star and this is not the first time you're shooting any movie. Get over your past dumb head. He's already having someone else to love. Why do you still expect him back? Be professional and kick out those emotions of yours." Anushka spoke to her reflection in the mirror as she perked herself up.

She walked out of the vanity and asked the director to give one more take to the scene and he agreed.
This time, she was perfect in her part and so was Prabhas.

They had not talked since the morning itself.
Things had become awkward between them when they were finalised opposite each other for this film. Adding up to their complexities, Anushka was also casted as the lead in Baahubali framchise for the character of Devasena opposite Prabhas' character.

The first day of Anushka came to an end on a good note as she and Prabhas managed a formal talk before leaving.
Prabhas found it difficult to meet his eyes with Anushka.

She felt good to have the ice broken between them.

Kanika made a visit at Anushka's place. She had come to the city to meet her grandparents.
