Natalia (Character Sketch)

Flame-red hair and blood red eyes

watching the cadavers gather flies

Dark crimson blood smeared across

pale white skin staining an unholy cross

which, clutched in her hands, gleams in the moonlight

as she listens to the screams of those she created impaled by stakes

reminding her of her many mistakes

blood red flowing out of an open chest

heart clutched in her hand, her mother's eternal rest

fleeing, finding her future in an ancient vampire

hearing the screams of her bastard child, born in fire

the blood red eyes close as she remembers Lucifer's call

possessed by a higher demon, ripping her father apart in his hall

Lucifer laughing, telling her he was proud of her murders

she remembers then the blackness as she hung from the girders

Lucifer finding her and then ripping his claws down her side

him growling out, ''I will not allow you to die"then the lust filled nights, full of want and need

then her transformation into one of the fallen while she felt so freed

she laughs, then lets go of the cross,

letting it drop

the fire consumes her

she has found freedom
