Ashley's POV:
Right now I'm sitting in the car and we drove to the restaurant, where we will meet my mom's friend.
It was quiet in the car, which was weird because normally we talked but I think the situation with Martinus kind of shocked my dad.
I'm not sure if it shocked him in a good or bad way.
Like I mean I'm 15 and it's not that awkward that girls will start to hang out with boys, but he just so overprotective about Finn and me, because well I don't know how to say that.
But he and my mom tried over years that she will get pregnant.
And it doesn't work and after 2 years of trying she finally got pregnant but after 4 months, she lost that child.
And that broke the heart of my dad.
He lost his hope and thought he will never be able to have kids.
Of course, they thought about adoption but this was a long process as well.
He gave up, but my mom never.
She motivated him and boom I was there.
My mom told me during her pregnancy with me, that my dad never left her.
He stopped working for 7 months and worked at home.
He always looked after her, and got happier and happier but also more protective.
And of course, they wanted to have a sibling for me.
They tried again and again, and after 12 years it worked.
Now we have baby Finn, a three-year-old happy boy.
And I can tell my dad is the happiest person and father I know.
My mom is for him an angel, she gave him us.
I want also someone who looked at me the same way my dad looked at my mom after all those years.
And without I could think we arrived.
I'm a bit nervous, Maybe I will meet someone at my school?!
Okay, Ash just breath.
And we slowly start to walk in, but before we were in, my dad whispered in my ear "I'm sorry, I didn't want to be the embarrassing dad in town. I was just shocked to see my baby girl with a handsome boy"
I smiled at him, to show him that everything is okay.
And lol he thinks that Martinus is handsome...?! Finally, we found our table, and omg I couldn't believe who was sitting there...
