3rd POV

Many people have been cheated on. Being betrayed by your significant other is one of the worst kind of pain. Y/n and Levi were together for three years now. Y/n always did all he could to make his boyfriend happy. He was working overtime a lot to give him anything he dreamed about. But it all didn't matter anymore when Y/n heard moaning and creaking of the bed. Y/n got back from the business trip earlier and that is what welcomed him home. Y/n sat on the couch in the living room and put the little velvet box on the coffee table. He stared at the box. Y/n wanted to propose tonight, but now it was useless.

Y/n started playing with his phone. He took a picture of Levi fucking some guy and sent it to all of his friends, coworkers and the boss. He waited till they finished. They went out of the bedroom smiling, the other guy was wearing Y/n's robe. Their good mood flew out instantly when they saw Y/n sitting on the couch.

-I'm sorry to interrupt that wonderful date. – said Y/n and went straight to the bedroom to pack his things.

-You said you were single! – yelled the guy and got dressed immediately. He slapped Levi's cheek and left the house slamming the door shut. Levi didn't know what to do. It all seemed so unreal. Y/n found out. And he was leaving. Levi broke out of his trance and ran to him.

-Please, Y/n I can explain! – he said crying. – Don't leave me...

-Don't touch me with these filthy hands! – yelled Y/n.- He never yelled at anyone, but this time was different.- You're disgusting, you whore. – Y/n took all of his belongings and left. He didn't take the ring though, he didn't need it anymore anyway.

Levi sat on the couch crying. His stupidity lead him to lose the man he loved. Levi broke in tears. He cried for a good while and then he noticed the small velvet box on the coffee table. He picked up and cried more when he saw the diamond ring inside. He fell asleep tired with all the tears he shed that night.

Time skip

Next morning Levi got a call from work. He got fired, because his boss always claimed that if someone isn't loyal in relationship, they can't be loyal in business. Levi tried to call Y/n and talk to him but he never answered, so he tried to get some information from their friends. That's when he found out they turned their back on him, because of what he did, and none of them wanted to talk to him. Levi threw his phone on the floor and tugged on his hair yelling in frustration.

Levi tried to look for Y/n on his own for weeks. He was walking to the café to get something warm to drink, when he saw the necrology in the newspaper. He shook when he read Y/n's name. Levi couldn't believe his eyes. Y/n was dead. He died in the car accident on the day Levi cheated on his for the last time. Levi walked out of the café and went straight to the cemetery.

He was there. It was easy to find. The fresh grave without the stone, covered in flowers and candles. Levi stood in front of it and just stared at the grave. He couldn't believe in what was happening, he begged it was all just a terrible dream. The feeling of reality hit Levi hard. He broke in tears again. He never cried that much in his life.

-Y/n...I'm so sorry...- he whispered between heavy hiccups – It's all my fault...

Levi looked at the ring on his finger, the one that was supposed to be his engagement ring. He was crying hard on Y/n's grave. He spent there the whole day, when it was getting dark he went home and drank all the alcohol he had in the house. Then he went to the kitchen and took the biggest knife in his hand. Levi looked at it for a good minute and cut his wrist. He winced in pain, but it was not enough. He stabbed his stomach three times and fell on the floor in the puddle of his own blood. He managed to take the blade out of his wound to bleed out faster. He wanted to see Y/n in the afterlife as soon as possible and make it up to him. At least, if the afterlife ever existed.
