Pov of Lexi
The next time i woke up must've been weeks later, right where my head slammed into the door was now a fresh scar where stitches had been placed and removed. I tried to look around, but yet again i was chained to the table with no hope of escape.
The door opened again, revealing the tall dark figure again. "Good morning Lexi, nice to see you have come back to us dear."
I didn't reply to the man.
"How rude, i went through all the trouble of keeping you alive and treating your head with proper care and here you go ignoring me. You know if I was you i wouldn't be treating someone as powerful as me with such little respect."
"Well you aren't me and that is a good thing." I exclaimed snarling. As the words escaped my lips the figure stormed over to the table where i was chained.
"You will mind your tongue if you value your life." Growled the man.
If only i could see his face, but his voice its so familiar. Its like i've heard it a million times, but i just can't put my finger on it.
"You cant do anything to me that you haven't already done." My voice was getting scratchy from the lack of fresh air.
"You just keep telling your self that my dear." The figure spoke as he stroked my cheek.
Wait i thought..that touch, the soft fingers, the warm hand, i know who's hand this is but name..name what's his name?! The figure leaned down and pressed his lips ever so gently on my as if i was something very fragile and i knew who it was.
"DEREK! What are you doing here?! I thought you were dead!!"
"No my sweet, sweet Lexi I'm right here. With you." Derek said kissing me again.
Pov of Kora
The instant the plane landed in paris i was off and sprinting towards the Eiffel Tower. "Please be there Lexi, please be there still." As i got to the tower i had asked the lady at the front desk if she had seen a teenager most likely in a flowy dress.
"Was she with a tall man with black hair?" The lady replied.
"Yes! Thats her!" I exclaimed breathlessly.
"She was here about 4 weeks ago. The young man she was with carried her out when she fell asleep at the top of the tower." Calmly replied the lady.
"Do you know where he took her?!"
"Sorry ma'am i do not. You may leave now."
Walking away from the tower i though, Oh god Lexi where are you..? I have to find you. I will find you. If i die in the process.
