Chapter 30 Cheater's Never Win

in the next day of the tournament on a cloudy day blocking the sun all of a sudden with some thinking that it was weird for a clear sunny day to all of a sudden turn into this, the fight's this time were very uniquely made, Argonaut returned and Bell was in fine-ish condition to fight, and the team seems stable and the Hestia familia's opponents were the Appolo familia, this was going to be a bloodbath with all that they did to the Hestia Familia. in the night before the Soma Apollo and Cronos familia had a meeting about the tournament and how to handle the Hestia familia's win streak.
Kykons:"we are near dead last and it's near the turning point for the tournament, we need to get better member's who can actually fight"
Alvin:"were not getting anywhere with the stronger familia's, however, the Hestia familia, as hard as it is to believe, are actually pulling their little declaration to "win every match" off with no loses so far, this could be trouble"
Hauge:"well... what do we do about it, we can't attack directly like before, were carefully watched so we can't do anything"
Kykons:"well, if you ask me, their's one person in that team we should pay attention to, and it's the Mystery 7 who people are calling Argonaut now"
Alvin:"aww yes, the Mystery 7, a powerful man indeed... and I have an idea, he could sabotage them by losing a match on purpose and affecting their moral massively, it may be one loss, but if they lose a match, then their rise to the top is even harder and more impossible, they'll break under that loss and we'll be there to see every minute of it, all us in the Appolo and Cronos familia care about anyway is getting revenge on them, so we could honor our little agreement to the Soma's"
Kykons:"well isn't that convenient for you and your little group, all these fool's want is that wine Soma won't give them, and the money to get more of it, so with that said, you all in the Appolo familia said if you had a sample of it, you could make more of it right, then they could just do what you say to get a drink of it anything they behave and do as you say without a question, slavery of a familia in my opinion, but I'm not going to listen unless I want to"
Alvin:"do you care about them"
Kykon's:"no, I'm telling you since I don't care about that wine, I won't listen to you guy's, and I won't do any of your biddings at your call, do as you like to them I don't care, just don't get me involved and stay out of my way.
Alvin:"hehehe, all the same to me whether you listen or not, anyway back to business, we need to convince that man to join us, but how"
Hauge:"we could offer him money, I mean, why else would someone like him be in a team like that, full of weakling's you have to carry"
Kykons:"yeah, I hate having to carry my team, useless, good for nothing trash, so if we cut him a deal, he'll instantly join us and sabotage them, he must be suffering just being around them"
In the street's when Bell was out shopping, he ran into a friend of his.
Bell:"Argonaut, is that you"
Argonaut:"aw Bell, it's been a while, carrying groceries I see"
Bell:"yeah, we were having a celebration for our progress so far, is it wrong to celebrate like this when we're not done yet"
Argonaut:"...not at all, in fact,  it's good to settle down and relax when you can, and you know what about today...I feel like a partying mood"
Argonaut helped Bell carry the groceries home and then they began, it was a Zeus, Loki, Hephestus, Hermes and Hestia familia bundled party, it was chaotic and loud, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, and Argonaut was talking with some of the other people there and he is then asked.
Enyo:"hey, I always won-(hold's burp) wondered...why the mask"
Lily:"you know, now that you mention it, he never takes off his mask, or show his face for that matter, even before, no one knows what he look's like"
Wiene:"Argonaut, if you don't mind, can we see your face"
Argonaut:"we all have somethings we rather not show, and for me, my face is one of them"
Bell:"why, is there a scar you don't want to show us"
Argonaut:"It's...complicated"
Bell's thought's:" yeah, I guess Capaneus isn't the only one who prefer's to hide in a mask, he put's up such a happy aroma, and yet, he is sad on the inside most of the time"
Capaneus after the Monster Oranio Incident was never the same, he was scared, but not physically, but mentally, he had nightmare's every night every night to this day, and when he wake's up, he is sweating and huffing like he was running, he would cry as he woke up, Adoni, Bell and everyone in the Zeus familia close to Capaneus saw this more time's then she could count and pity his everlasting pain as he never recovered from that event. he had them all keep it a secret since he didn't want sorry look's on him, and he would cry in public sometime's, but he held his head high, showing he wasn't ashamed of his tear's, some called him a crybaby, but after all these year's, the people seeing him cry instead say that he is truly strong. as Bell felt a bit of pity, Mero smacked him in the back of the head to bring Bell back to speed.
Mero:"well no use crying over spilled milk right, let's have fun"
the entire night it was a loud party, then the next day was the next event at the present time, it was Argonaut vs Alvin and this was the start off.
Argonaut:"so, I face the captain of the Appolo familia, interesting"
Bell:"just be careful, we don't know what trick's he may pull"
Argonaut:"even if he is dumb enough to pull something here, I'll take care of it"
as he went into the arena to fight Alvin, there was a magic circle that he stepped over, he knew it was Alvin's doing but ignored it since he wasn't sure what Alvin had planned, however, when the match began, the 2 clashed and they seemed equal in power, unusual since Argonaut should have had the power advantage in this match.
Loki:"hold on...how is Alvin able to stand up to Argonaut, even if they're equal in level, they shouldn't be equil in strength and power right"
Hermes's thought's:"you right Loki, something doesn't seem right, what trick is he using"
Apollo:"couldn't it be he is just that strong"
the gods paid close attention to the god's Soma and Apollo, and in the match with the 2 fighter's, it turn's out that the match the crowd and gods were seeing is nothing more than an illusion, the real Argonaut and Alvin were just standing as Argonaut figured out that Alvin had this planned the moment we walked in.
Argonaut:"so, you have my attention...for now, what do you want"
Alvin and all his team, the Soma familia, and some Cronos familia member's came and fully armed, they began their talk, while this was going on Argonaut held his right arm behind his back and grabbed the illusion with his bare hands and weakened it, just enough for the people outside to see what was actually going on in the match, and the people in the illusion wouldn't be able to notice the ripple being made, this made it be so they could see and hear what was happening.
Alvin:"you see, we in the Cronos and Apollo familia don't care about winning, all we want is  revenge on both the Hestia and Zeus familia's, so we sabotage the Hestia familia anyway we can, and since they're getting close to the top again, we need to get more "hands" in this"
Argonaut:"so, you breaking the rule's, hiring people to attack the Hestia familia, and also targeting them, all for revenge, all that happened was because of you all"
kykons:"yeah, it was, and look, they promised that the Soma familia will get more of that perfect wine if we cooperated, make more of it so they get more for what they ask for"
Argonaut was more or less impressed by this and just tried to string along a little longer for what he needed.
Argonaut:"and all of you want me too..."
Alvin:"we want you to join us, and if you say no, we can make this illusion show you losing, while we beat you here"
while they were saying that, the audience and the gods were well aware of what was really happening.
Hestia:"we could just give Argonaut the win at this point"
Freya:"and we can easily remove the 2 familia's as well"
then Bell showed up behind Appolo and Soma with Enyo and the 2 were taken in the back and were beaten to a pulp, then Argonaut after getting the familia's to confess unknowingly, he had enough and he then fought them all, he destroyed the illusion as a distraction, and as he did, he didn't even get a scratch in the end, Alvin and them all was beaten, broken and completely maimed and arrested, during this, he was questioned and turn's out, all of the problems the Hestia familia went through, they encouraged, and manipulated the other's to do as they pleased them to do, in this, the Hestia familia had to get the Loki familia as their new opponent's again since the Soma and Apollo familia's were removed, and banned, from the tournament, and with all the rule's they broke, they are banned for 250 year's. in this the set up was Rubieskale vs Tiona and Tione in a 2 on 1 match. when they began the match it was the twin sister's doing well, then Rubieskale was going to attack, Tiona grabbed her hood and ripped it off. when her face was revealed, she was a Xeno's just like Wiene and was a red female Vouivre with wings and a tail. when this happened the match continued and this time, the 2 were more in-depth to the fight since they were facing a powerful monster this time.
