Tex is a country fellow not one to take any shit from anyone. People have tried to bully him in his old schools but all ended In a hospital or worse. Because of those incidents he had to move schools and go on probation. So here he was at Hudson high in his first hour science class And this big kid thinking he's the shit goes up to Tex and says,"hey your in my seat", Tex couldn't afford to go back to the slammer so he just got up and moved to a new seat. Teacher noticed this and did nothing like every teacher in the world. Tex went through the school day being rather quiet and not bothering anyone else and just trying to make it through the day. School ends Tex heads back home goes in his room and chills on his phone till dinner. Tex's dad walks in and says,"how was your first day of school", Tex just shrugs. He eats his dinner of tacos an goes to bed and wakes up the next day. He wakes up very tired and irritated. He goes to school eats breakfast and goes
to first hour. The same kid wants to try the your in my seat thing. But tex is not having it. Tex says," go away now you big fucking dumbass", the kid says," I don't think you know who your talking to, maybe I'll show you a lesson punk",. The kid swings at Tex but tex Doge's it. Tex hits the kid straight in the nose breaking it and while the kid is down Tex kicks his ribs till they break. The teacher of course walks in while Tex is beating the kids ass and not knowing what happen, the teacher grabs Tex and hauls him to the office where Tex tells the principle everything that happened but tex ends up with a suspension and a very bad report from his parole officer. He was never messed with at school again.
