Hello. My name is Lilly. I live in Toronto, Canada. There is one thing that I've been looking forward to all year. Total Drama Island. Why? Because I was born for it. I love adventure and camping, and I think I can win the money if I try really hard. Today is the day that I leave for camp. I say goodbye to my little brother, James, and my parents. I'm going to miss them a lot. Once I grab my bag and leave my house, I see a car waiting for me outside. Huh? I ask the driver if he is here to bring me to camp Wawanakwa.

"Yes, well I'll drop you off at the port." He replies.

"Port? What port?" I ask.

"Oh. Did the application say that you will take a boat to camp?" He says, confused.

"No." I reply.

"Oh, well the port is only a half an hour away, let's go." He shrugs. I jump into the car. It's comfy. I guess.

Finally after much longer than a half and hour, we arrive at the port. There are only a few campers here. One with long blonde hair in a pony tail. She's carrying a surfboard. Another is a tall boy with freckles and ginger hair. Then there's me.

"One by one. You will each get on to your boats." A tall lady with a clipboard says in a deep voice.

"Hi, I'm Lilly." I say to the girl.

"Cool. My name is Bridgette." She shakes my hand.

"Bridgette! Your boat is here!" The clipboard lady says, waving her arm in the air.

"Oh. Bye!" Bridgette says, sad.

"See you soon!" I reply.

After the red head kid leaves, it's just the clipboard lady and I. When does my boat come? Ugh.

"Lilly! Your boat is here!" Clipboard finally says. I start running onto the boat with my bag in hand.

"Hello. Please take a seat." The man steering the boat says. I sit on a wooden plank near the edge of the boat and stare out into the distance. It's so pretty here.

The boat ride isn't long, and before I know it, Chris McClain is calling my name.

"Our 20th competitor, Lilly!" He says as I get off of the boat. I see Bridgette and the red headed boy. Good. We're all in the same place.

"Hi!" I say, tossing my hair to one side.

"Now, Lilly, we've heard you like adventure." He says. "You're going too get a lot of adventure here!"

"Haha! I can't wait!" I reply in a happy voice.

I put my pink bag in the pile of luggage and go over to the rest of the competitors. I see a blonde boy wearing a cowboy hat, two girls wearing identical clothes, and a gothic girl who looked very lonely. As I scan, I lay my eyes on a very attractive boy wearing a black shirt and many piercings.

"Hi, I'm Lilly." I say to him, trying to hide the fact that he is the most attractive person I have ever seen.

"I know your name. I'm Duncan."

And that's where it all began.
