'Good Morning Boruto!'

Himawari shouts energetically as Boruto walks groggily down the flights of stairs. He looks around and of course, his dad, the 'great' Hokage, is off to work.

'Mornin' Hima' he yawns as he sits waiting for their breakfast. It was their holiday after their exams, so Boruto really didn't have much to do. He ponders thinking if there's anything to do with his friends...

'let's see', he thinks, 'play with shikadai? eh probably not'

'do some more training with Konahamaru? eh i'm tired even thinking about it'

Then the idea of Sarada came to his mind, 'BINGO!'

After Boruto decides to bail breakfast he headed out and jumped over buildings going through obstacles with precision.

'Sorry Ma! gotta do something important!'

First, he needed to find Sarada and ask her a question which has been lingering in his mind for quite some time now.

A split second later, as Boruto was lost in though while running, he bumped into someone.

'I am so sorry! it was stupid of me t...' Boruto was about to admit that it was his fault for crashing into this person and was going to apologies. But of course, he bumped into no other than Sarada. (cliché af I know)

'You Baka, what we're you going to say?' recognising that he was going to apologies.

'UM, nothing' he tries to ignore that stupid smirk on his face. Sarada looks closely at Boruto and examins him.

'You seem to be off in a rush, doing some despicable work again?' to both of them this was a rhetorical question as Boruto is always doing something mischievous.

'No I...' well he really couldn't deny, no matter how much he would try. Boruto remembered the real reason why he wanted to find her.

'Hey wanna go and get some ramen right round the corner?'

'what's with the sudden change of attitude?

'Hey I'm being nice for once! I'll treat you...' damn Boruto really was curious now, even to the point where hes offering to pay. Especially to someone like sarada.

'Sounds fishy, but I mean you're gonna pay so fine let's go' When sarada heard he's gonna pay a faint blush crept on to her face. However, she didn't want Boruto to see so she turned away quickly.

In the next moment, they were already chowing down on their ramen. Boruto didn't want to seem too suspicious so he started casually.

'So how's life been? everything fine?'

'yeah... why ask?'

'can I not?'

'the norm really, nothing out of the ordinary. How about you?'

'eh same old same old, I've gotten over Sumire'

Boruto and Sumire we're once a couple around 2-3 weeks ago before the exams but separated as they both wanted to focus on exams and not also on each other.

'oh, well I wouldn't know what that's like so I can't really help'

'Yes, this is going according to plan!' Boruto though, alright now time to ask the question.

' Come on, I'm sure you do! You've gotten your first kiss right?'

'...' Sarada sat silently, it's just she's been focusing on exams WAY too much than the other's she hasn't considered being interested in someone. Although, deep down inside Boruto is interesting in her. Even if he doesn't see her much, he's always thinking about her. He loves the way she looks with her cute glasses, her soft side(believe it or not) and her strength which is something he admires. Sarada really puts up a good challenge against him.

'Sarada? Wait, you haven't?'

'I just haven't taken boys into account'

'Or is it that you're just not brave enough to' he said while smirking.

'I AM! It's just... just boys are SO frustrating!' attempting to make an excuse. Again, hiding her bright red cheecks with the palms of her hands.

'oh really now huh'

'What you don... don't believe me?' she stuttered.

'You can handle boys in battle and win against soooo many, yet you cant handle a kiss'

At this point Sarada was fully red, just like the clothes she's wearing.

'Unless you can prove it to me!'

Sarada never backed away from a challenge, unless it was stupid. Just. like. this. one. Yet she hated losing to baka Boruto.

'Fine then, how?'

'Kiss me, If You Dare.'
