7 years of solid training under the Espada, a group of Remnants strongest hunters and huntresses, Zenzo having trained under everyone was able to learn from them their strengths and weaknesses, soon climbing up the ladder and within his 7 years he had climbed up the rankings to being the 4th Espada with a certain retard two ranks below him trying to pick a fight with him.

"Anyways, Aizen said we should all meet soon" Tia said as every Espada ranked from 1 to 10 was seated there with Aizen in front.

"Anyways, Zenzo has been able to not only climb up the rankings quickly, but also got accepted into one of the most prestigious schools for huntsman in all of Remnant" Aizen said.
"Yes, I will be going to Beacon academy to further my studies" Zenzo said as Grimmjow starts his usual unnecessary ranting.
"How am I not surprised, Daddy's boy gets to go everywhere he wants to" Grimmjow said.
"Grimmjow, that's enough from you......." Aizen said turning to Zenzo.
"You should be ready by now" Aizen said as Zenzo nods.
"Good, and now the main reason why I called you all here is because one of you lot will be going with him" Aizen said.

"Yes I am Aaroniero, now this is something I want done here and now in my presence before he leaves, Zenzo get you luggage" Aizen said as Zenzo nods, stands up, opens a portal to his quarters and gets his stuff.
"I believe someone like Tia should go" Zommari said.
"I cannot, if I go my Fracción follows" Tia said.
"We need reliable people to watch him" Baraggan said.
"I'm not gonna be babysitting kids" Yammi, Nnoitra and Grimmjow said.
"You three aren't even considered on the list of responsible people" Starrk said.
