What Happened To Me A Long Time Ago

I was Grade 3 at this time, and it was the best of all my school years. Right now, I'm Grade 4. But hey, I've got some good memories back then! They were GREAT memories. I had so much fun in this school year. It's not because I got some high grades, but you know what? I've got this awesome group of friends. There, in our group, were three (3) boys and two (2) girls which is me and my other girlfriend, Alexie. She was the closest to me in the group, since we were girls (obviously, why not? Doesn't mean I'm a tomboy if the boys are plentier in our group!). And the others are my other best friends. We were very close to each other and we would always play games at lunch break.
Then, since we were one of the top students in our class, we were very smart, not trying to brag. So Alexie decided, "Hey, why not have our group called, the Nerdy Club?" So first of all l, I found that very cringey. Then after, I decided it's the perfect name for us. Pretty much there was also another girl who wanted to join. And I was LITERALLY jealous of her friendship with Alexie. So, I made up a rule (which was a rule the members did not know) and I said to her,"Sorry, but members from PERFORMING ARTS are not allowed to join." (Because she is a member of PA) "WHAT?!" She complained.
Then, I pretended to not know the rule and asked Alexie (pretty much I was lying),"Wait, are they allowed?" I lied. She kind of wasn't paying attention. I asked her again, she was like, "Oh yeah, yeah, yeah! You can join!" Alexie replied.
"Yeppee!!" the girl said excitedly. But me, I just rolled my eyes.
