The worst part about wattpad and writing is writer's block, and when you're me, you're practically swimming in writer's block. Over my 1 year on wattpad, I have yet to make a story or post at least 5 chapters of it.
I've tried making books similar to others, but delete it bc I want mine to original and not like the others. Writing has never been my thing for years, unless it's about myself, bc well, that's easy. I like things that other people may not like so I procrastinate and scrap every idea I had before. Saying it's stupid or irrelevant.
Then I look at other stories published on here, and say, "I thought of that." or "What should I do to manipulate it into my own story?"
So, my advice to new and upcoming writers is to, stay calm. Make bullet points of your ideas and try to incorporate it all into one giant ball of creativeness.
That was my problem, I never took notes of what I wanted my stories to be, I just did. I didn't work out, but I just did. And I want all of you to understand that.
