Titanic : A New Life

1- Thank you Jack

Jacks POV
I had no way to describe the tsunami of emotions that had collided with me over the past few days. I had been through an emotional roller coaster, so many events had occurred, that had created so many different responses to what was going on, some were good and some were bad........

Cal, the man in which was an abusive monster towards women, demanded the return of the necklace that he gifted to Rose the night she tried to end it all, presumably to seal their marriage so there was no way Rose could escape from his trap, as 'diamonds are forever' like he always said . He unnecessarily threatened that if we did not return his precious jewel then he would kill both, Rose and our beloved daughter, Kate. For that particular reason i had to persuade to Rose that we had to flee America, to get away from Cal especially with the threats he was making towards us. So she agreed. Yet, the thought of me and Rose travelling to a new country, with new people. With no body we feared might damage our love for each other, nobody blocking our path seemed to enlighten my spirts and make me feel more confident with what we as a family were about to undertake.

Roses POV

I sat on edge of the crumpled bed i lay on, in our 2nd class suite aboard the ship. Jack was in the bathroom having a bath, and my darling Kate was fast asleep in the middle of the bed that me and Jack shared. The room looked fairly similar to my suite on Titanic, but definitely a lot more smaller. The beds were more shrunken and everything seemed all crammed together, a lot more informal than 1st class, but what did i expect? I'm no longer a 1st class citizen. I'm no longer a porcelain doll, I'm no longer expected to look perfect wherever i go, whatever the time. As i am now Jacks girl, he doesn't care what i look like, he doesn't treat me like I'm nothing or i don't exist.

The whole reason that i agreed to escape the country and leave our home behind, was because Jack had repeatedly old me that i had to trust him because he loved me and he would do anything to protect his family. That very moment he said that to me i knew that i could trust him forever, and that he would always protect me and Kate, so i agreed. I agreed that i would travel half way across the world so we could start a new life, in the city of Paris.

I began to hear Jack shuffling about in the bathroom, which implied that he was out of the bath. I got up and checked that Kate was still in a deep world of slumber until i stepped towards the bathroom door that was slightly open. I pushed the door until it stood fully open and all i could see was jacks naked back. I crept up behind him and wrapped my cold hands around his warm waist, he gasped and rapidly turned around to face me "You scared the shit out of me Rose! What are you doing in here?"  I looked deeply into his eyes and said "I'm so glad you thought of this idea, without your genius brain, me and Kate would be dead by now, thank you Jack" he laughed and told me that i had no reason to thank him and that it was his job as my husband and Kates father to look after us no matter what. I could feel myself blush as he said that so I replied with "i love you Jack"  he pulled his waist closer to mine and said "You know, we never got to finish what we started back in America" a cheeky smile spread across his face as he said that, I looked behind me to check that Kate was asleep and she was, "Well, the baby is asleep" when I said that Jack pulled me closer until our faces were touching, he kissed my temple softly then spread  soft tiny kisses all down my neck making me arch my head back in joy. Until he came back up to my lips and kissed them, soft at first but then they became more and more passionate until he let his towel fall of his body......
