"Tick tock goes the clock," she said over and over and over, rhyming her words, "It's time to end them." She stood up and walked calmly to her food. She sang her words, "Tick tock goes the clock, We cut and we burn them." The girl kept singing her little rhyme over and over and over, to anyone who would dare listen to her.

"She's been doing that for ages," Doctor Moore explained to the new nurse. "She seems to find comfort in it. But, no one knows why." Doctor Moore said, walking on to the next burdened person, patients.

"Um, sir, which patient will I be tending to?" Asked Nurse Anna McCroft.

"A, yes, you will be with The StoryTeller." Doctor Moore smiled as if he knew what would happen to her already. "He's a rather nice fellow. He just says the strangest of stories." Doctor Moore said, chuckling silently.

"Is that why you call him The StoryTeller?" Anne asked.

"Yes, but I must warn you. The girl we just past, Lily Wolf, she heard one of the man's stories, and now won't stop saying that rhyme." Doctor Moore huffed in frustration. "I don't know why. He doesn't seem to want to tell any of the staff members his stories though. Quite strange."

The two walked calmly through the hospital, looking here and there. Not wanting to get any of the patients angry.

"Aaaa, here we are. Room 666. Mr. James Harry Paolini, or The StoryTeller." Doctor Moore said, stopping near a white blank door. "You can go in and introduce yourself to your patient." Doctor Moore instructed. He then walked away to do some important work.

'The doctor said he's nice. I don't need to worry.' Nurse Anna McCroft thought over and over, 'There's no need to be scared Anna, no need.' Nurse Anna McCroft opened the door to see a man sitting in the center of the room, his legs crossed. He had dark brown hair that covered his ears. He wore white clothes, the only color in the room.

"So, you're my new doctor?" The man asked. He had an appealing voice, almost as if it was honey. He turned calmly to face Nurse Anna McCroft. He had bright emerald eyes and a beard that was growing. The man chuckled. "Don't be scared of me, I just like saying stories. Is that wrong?"

"I'm-I'm not scared. I-I-I just heard s-s-stories o-of you." Nurse Anna McCroft squeaked out.

"And, might I ask, who from?" James asked.

"From the other nurses and doctors." Nurse Anna McCroft mumbled.

"Aaaa, the doctors hate me. The nurses fear me. You should be asking the other patients. They aren't scared of me or hate me." James explained

"Alright, I-I'll ask s-some of t-the patients l-later."

"Do you stutter a lot?" James questioned

"N-no, not really. O-only around a-a-attractive m-man, or s-s-strange patients."  Nurse Anna Mcroft stuttered out.

"I'm going to hope I fall into the category of attractive men." James chuckled gleefully. Anna turned a bright red. She hid her face in her hands, not wanting James to see her blush.

"Come, sit next to me. I'll tell you a story." Anna lifted her head and smiled.

"I'd love to listen." Anna went and sat next to James. James immediately started a story.

~Two Months Later~

She had light brown hair that fell across her face. She wouldn't allow the doctors or nurses to touch her or see her eyes. She wore pure white cloths, but they had red marks as if she was bleeding there.

"This will be your patient Nurse Rose Beamer, I hope you don't have any trouble," said Doctor Moore.

"Wait, why was she put here?" Nurse Rose Beamer asked.

"She was the nurse for The StoryTeller. He only talked to her."

"What's her name?"

"Anna Mcroft, she use to be a nurse here. Poor girl, she won't let us help her."

"Hahaha! You think I'm the one who needs help? You fools! HAHAHA!!!" Anna screamed from her room. "Tick tock goes the clock, It's time to end them, Tick tock goes the clock, We cut and we burn them! HAHAHA!!"
