Okay so I do this thing where I try to draw something every day. It can be really bad or really good or somewhere in between. It doesn't matter as long as I put pencil to paper and produce something. Anything. I just need to practice.
Except today I wasn't really feeling it and I didn't have much time to. So now it's 11 at night eleven thirtyish so I just quickly did something really crappy and that's it for today.
School starts again tomorrow so Imma have less time and wow I really didn't think this through. This is gonna start getting tricky. Ugh.

It's so bad. The face shape is weird and I hate the hair. I hate the mouth even more and the nose is kinda off. But I can live with this as being my final piece. It's a sketchbook. There are gonna be bad ones. You gotta get the bad ones out before you can do anything good. Just get the ideas down on paper because otherwise they die and that's worse than just doing it crappily.
Now I can redraw this later or I can learn from my mistakes. My point is that it's better to write a crap story or draw a shit picture than to let that wonderful idea rot in the back of your brain and take up space and clutter everything up. The idea will just kill off everything good in there.
This is just me trying to justify a bad drawing and I don't even need to do that cus this is a sketchbook and there are gonna be loads of bad drawings that I don't like.
Ugh. I need to sleep and think about this another time.
