You wont be able to find anything relating to this on the internet or anything like that and I know technically the humans in this story will act like humans of these generations and years, so in this world the earth never dies or restarts like scientists believe we do in real life. So the fact that Eden is over 217,500 years old and has human ancestors ( despite the humans in this living in an 2018 like world) doesn't mean anything. It's just a reference.
