Tails POV
"A-amy? What's wrong?" I asked as Amy got up and walked up to me "tails, I feel so bad that I rejected you at the dance I had no idea you wanted to go to the dance with me" Amy explained. I smiled "I had no idea you wanted to go to the dance with me as good friends" Amy said to me and once I heard those words my heart was crushed "o-oh, well" I said with a soft tone. Amy looked at me "what is it ta-" Amy was cut off by her phone ringing "Hello? Oh sonic! I'll be right there" Amy said with joy. "Well tails I'll catch you later!" Amy said running off as I sat by my front door and sighed.
"She'll never love me, will she" i said to myself as i walked inside and sat down on my bed, but then my phone was ringing and I looked at it and it was blaze and I answered "h-hello?" I said softly. "Tails, Amy only sees you as a friend and still wants sonic. You'll need to prove yourself if you want to have her for your own" blaze explained as I said "Well, what if even that won't do much? I'll have to be like sonic" blaze hung up and I got up and sighed.
"Is it even worth it for her?"
