Chapter 14: Their Happy Ending?

"I love you, Rose Cinderella.."

The hopeless Cinderella was still lying on the ground, whimpering in pain.

"Hawk, where are you...?" She quietly whispered.

She tightly grabbed her bracelet, hoping that her prince, no, her hero, would come to her, saving her. Suddenly, footsteps were heard from distance, she was startled but she knew, the SnowWhite would come, but, unexpected, the person was revealed as Couglan Charming. Rose, was completely shocked, had no idea how he came in, and why Hawk didn't come.

"Why, hello, there, princess.." He saluted, chuckled lightly.

Rose just lied there, still groaning, holding her pain inside her. Holding the bracelet.

"What a-are you d-doing here?" She asked, tried to talk normally, but stammered.

"What am I doing here? Well, none other than saving my princess." The Charming replied.

Dumbfounded, Rose managed to speak again.

"You had no idea what you're talking about."

Couglan smirked, took the spell book from his bag.

"See what I got here?"

Rose could not believe her eyes, she saw the spell book, specifically belonged to the Frog Prince, Dr. LeFrog. The one with the cure, but now, it was in his hands.

"Saving you will be a piece of cake." He said, smirking.

Rose felt her whole body was shaking, she was so afraid her friends might be in danger. Despite Couglan had the book, Rose believed that her friends would find another way to find the cure, to break the spell.

Couglan opened the book, flipped the pages, finding the right page of the spell curing. Rose just felt her heart beat. He could win, and her friends would be in doom.

"Aha! Found it!"

Oh, no...

Taking his wand, he casted a spell.

"Water, wind, let's combine, break the curse beneath her, break every single mirror that surrounds her, free her from this doom!"

He flipped his wand, and threw the spell to the Cinderella, Rose thought she was going to end, and disappointed her friends, but, nothing happened to her.

"Huh? Why it didn't work?" Couglan questioned himself.

Suddenly, lights started to surround him, making it even brighter, Couglan couldn't see anything, then, he was thrown away from the mirror. Without Rose.

The SnowWhite stepped forward, smirked at the Charming.

"Guess the magic didn't work." He said.

Couglan groaned furiously at him. Then, Hawk jumped in to the mirror. Finding the Cinderella inside.

He then took his pendant, his magical pendant, and hold its charm.

"Snow, pumpkin, let's combine, break the curse that befallen her. Let her magic awake, let her awake, free from the spell beneath her."

Slowly, his charm started to glow, even brighter.

"Love always wins, love conquers all, love conquers hate. Hate was defeated. Nothing can stop love, the most powerful magic, so, the cure of this spell is love, not fake, but a true love. I loved her so much, that I will give everything up just for her, I love her with my whole heart. Let the spell be broken, because I love her, and I want her to be with me, forever."

Suddenly, Rose's charm also glowed, as bright as the sun. The lights were combined, united into one. Making a bright flash.

Outside, Astoria and Travis had sealed with Couglan, and they saw the bright light from the mirror.

"Did they make it?"

They watched the glowing mirror, two figures appeared. Everyone were dazzled, after a few seconds the light faded, revealing the one and only Rose and Hawk, in each others arms.

Hawk slowly opened his eyes, saw his friends were cheering, and he also saw Rose, in his arms, sleeping peacefully.

"Hawk, you did it! You actually did it!" Travis said, cheering.

Hawk smiled, felt exhausted, because he drained almost all of his magic to break the spell.

"We..did..it."

Astoria and Travis didn't pay much attention to the Charming, so when they realised, Couglan was gone.

"Where is he?!" Travis roared.

Astoria was also shocked, regretted because she didn't watch him.

Hawk joined them, but then, the Charming appeared in front of him, quickly snatched Rose from his arms.

"Hey!" He shouted.

Couglan didn't respond, he quickly escaped from the window he broke before.

Hawk, scolded himself for not paying attention on Rose.

"Ugh, what did I do?!"
